I am 67 years old woman and I can tell the difference already, after finishing this collagen one month long. I have more energy, my knees don't hurt and my hair, fingernails are growing. I mix up the collagen powder with my little wand in my coffee or drinks while pouring it slowing into the drink. No bad taste in my coffee. I am taking this for my health, joints and bones. UPDATE: July 31, 2026, after taking this Collagen Powder for 2 months and I can see a big different for ME. My hair grows really fast within one month, my fingernails and my skin looks better. I don't have pain in my joints and I walk 2 miles every other day. This really works for me. I LOVE IT!!

I used this collagen for years, then stopped--I don't remember why. But it made my hair and nails grow like crazy. Since I think I'm seeing some hair loss in my 60s and biotin messes with my thyroid, I thought I'd try it again. Here's hoping it does the trick!

I will keep buying this stuff forever. I have noticed a difference in my nails they have grown and look so healthy and my skin just looks healthier. I feel like my hair has grown as well . I tell everyone I know about this. Easy to mix in hot or cold drinks. Doesn’t taste like anything. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it to me. I do wish it wasn’t so much but I have tried other brands and haven’t noticed anything and I noticed right away with this one.

Absolutely my favorite collagen I have tried by far the only down is it doesn’t mix that well with cold drinks unless you stir it for awhile but mixes well with warm no problem! It has a little bit of a taste but nothing horrible! I will be buying more once I run out! I recommend it to all my family

This arrived on Saturday, as expected. Prior to this I was putting regular gelatin in my coffee and had developed a pretty bad case of reflux/nausea. I switched to 1 tbsp. in my coffee Saturday morning and Saturday night I hadn't had any issues with digestion, so that's a bonus. It's easier to digest than regular gelatin. I took 2 tbsp. collagen Sunday, once in the morning with my coffee and once at night in some mint tea but didn't finish it (cause I fell asleep). Yesterday I had 2 tbsp (coffee in the AM and in a glass of cold water with dinner). It didn't change the taste of the water, but it DID take a full glass of water for it to fully dissolve, so if it's not dissolving make sure you have enough water in the mix. My cellulite is going away. Already. As in it's almost gone!!! It's only been a few days, and I know the two things I have a difficult time getting into my diet are protein and fat, so this seems to be a great supplement for me. It's so easy to eat the fruits and the veggies and the grains/starches, but this is the only protein powder I've ever tried that really made a dramatic difference in such a quick amount of time. I'm in my 30s, though, so I suppose I'm less depleted than others might be. The best part: I work three days a week on a concrete floor covered with a non-padded worn out carpet. By the end of my 12 hour days, my knees and ankles are killing me and my low back/hips sometimes even ache. It's 6pm on a Tuesday and I'm not bothered at all. If anything changes I'll update the review, but this seems like a great missing link for those who could use a boost who have digestive issues.

Waste of money

I came across this brand through a nutritionist who specialises in gut health. I paid full price on Amazon after reading about the ingredients. I think it’s really amazing two weeks into daily consumption, I already am experiencing a lot less hair fall during the two days of the week I wash my hair. I drink this with cool water every morning before any food. It’s easily digestible and the taste is more like bone marrow to me.

Dosent mix well with cold drink. Taste is ok whe mix with other drinks. Hvent seen skin effects but nails has become stronger
