Real people, real transformations "Absolutely amazing! It completely shifts your paradigm for life. One of the most wonderful things about it is that the results are immediate. My whole perception and relationship to money has undergone a major, substantial change." (Chris Attwood, writer and teacher, California) "I've spent most of my life trying to figure out what's true and what's real. I have to say I now have a clear glimpse into what it really is." (Tom Hill, Colorado) " Before Busting Loose from the Money Game , I was very unhappy and frustrated in my life. I was driven to find more ways to make money. I changed jobs, cities, countries, went back to school, read books. Financially, the stress was causing anxiety attacks and migraines so severe I stayed in bed. The joy I feel now is priceless. Money is there when I need it, in the amount that's needed, no matter what occurs (car repairs, unplanned trips, etc.). It's absolutely amazing!" (Suresh Thakoor, Texas) "As a retired professor on a fixed and limited income, I always lived from a tight budget and felt compressed by it - especially at the end of the year. I don't use a budget anymore and have opened up new streams of income that were always closed to me in the past." (Howard Rovics, Connecticut) "It opened a whole new dimension for me and shifted my perspective on life completely. I especially love how practical it is. The application is so simple, so effective...and fun!" (Doris Kahle, Hagen, Germany) "I'd had a lot of success in the corporate arena, made a ridiculous amount of money and lost a ridiculous amount of money. But I was caught in a cycle of making it, losing it. I needed to break that cycle - for myself and my family - and this gave me the keys to do that. Busting Loose from the Money Game opened a window I had no clue even existed. This is very cutting-edge, a revolutionary approach to unwrapping yourself from limitations. If you're not satisfied with where you are financially and you're concerned about your future, get this book!" (Ben Coleman, Texas) Review: Everybody Wants The Orgasm Without Foreplay - The first time I read this book was back in 2006 when it was first released in hardcover. At the time I had been reading self-help books for about 10 years. I had read all of the top selling authors but my life didn't seem to change all that much. I had a very substantial library but the results I was producing didn't seem to mirror all of the information I was consuming. I first found out about Robert Scheinfeld through his 11th Element course that is still being sold on Nightingale.com (these are Phase 1 teachings). His teachings were different but I didn't really understand a lot of what I was listening to but I never forgot about Robert. Then when Busting Loose From the Money came out I bought the book and read it cover to cover. Notice, that I said I read it cover to cover but I didn't do the work. I mainly didn't do it because I was afraid of reclaiming my power from the eggs. The eggs as Robert explains are those things that enable us to buy into the illusion that we are in fact limited beings with limited powers. I was unwilling to run towards something that could potentially be very painful when I didn't have to. Keep in mind calling something painful is a Phase I term that is not actually the Truth that you will ultimately find out once you begin doing Phase 2 work. Phase I - Is doing and living in a way to convince ourselves how helpless and limited we are. We will do anything to keep this illusion alive so that the ultimate game of life works. Phase II - Is telling ourselves the Truth about who we really are so that we can begin to reclaim the power that we've given away so that we can live in a state of continuous Joy regardless of what is going on outside of us. (which in Truth is nothing at all) So I read the book and I ran. Again, I never forgot about the book because it was so different from anything that I had ever read before. Fast forward to 2011 and that's when I could no longer ignore the fact that I was not entering Phase II work. There were a series of events that happened in my life that were so painful that I went looking for answers. I first was led to A Course In Miracles (ACIM) which really blew my mind about what was True and what wasn't. I read alot of the course and I still to this day embrace the teachings in the Course. ACIM says that you either accept The Course in its entirety or not at all. It also clearly states that many of the things you read in the book will be startling, that you may not agree with them but it is the doing/practicing/putting into action those things that will allow you to know that they are True. This is the same thing that drives Busting Loose. I've read tons of reviews where people have not done the work suggested in the book, yet they try to process the information through intellectual reasoning which cannot be done. Everybody wants the orgasm without doing any foreplay. This is simply not how it happens with Phase II work. The majority of the nectar and joy is in the foreplay not when you reach the orgasm which only lasts for a short while but still there are many who wish to jump straight to this point. So this year I bought the Ebook again because things continued to spiral down for me including having a business checking account and savings account being overdrawn by 832,000 in both accounts because of a law suit. This is only the mild portion of what I have been personally able to create in my Hologram. I have some really huge eggs with some tremendous power being stored in them. At the time of this writing I am still afraid but I have no choice now but to use the processes Robert talks about in the book and Bust Loose once and for all. Don't be deceived by the title because this book is about much more than money. In fact, I'd say the title is sexy only because it will intrigue you because once you start this process it affects every aspect of your life. I love simplicity and Robert's book is so simple in that it gives you a framework to work within. No planning, no goals, no attachments, and no expectations. Wake up each morning, see what is causing discomfort for you and apply the tools that he outlines in the book. Now it's simple but it ain't easy and anyone who says that it is may not be telling you the whole Truth. A few more important factors that I'd like to bring out about the book are: 1. Learning to trust my Expanded Self totally is a big key to moving through this process. 2. My Expanded Self will never put more on my plate than I'm capable of handling. 3. There is no such thing as improving the Illusion. How you improve on something that is not true? 4. My Expanded Self will always lead me to the Eggs that have the most power to be reclaimed and I don't have to go looking for it? 5. Infinite is Infinite and it can't be measured. 6. Everybody that I encounter are only characters in my play and can do no more or less than they've been instructed to do. Robert's book has done volumes for me so far and I'm so delighted with myself that I created him to come into my life at this time. This book is not for everyone but if it is for you I promise that you will know it. Review: I'm still trying to figure out why I created Robert Scheinfeld - I'm still trying to figure out why I created Robert Scheinfeld in the first place or his book though his information is prime. He writes things like this: "Because the checks aren't real, the companies aren't real, the customers who bought the products and services that gave the companies the money to be able to pay me aren't real, it's all a magnificent creation and illusion, and I appreciate it." As I get this, his cosmology is a holographic one. It is like the holodeck on the star ship Enterprise except that not only are you the person in it, you are the holographic film, and you are the projector. How does it get any better than this? Now he talks about something called "the field" that something [maybe like God?] that creates reality or in which one creates his or her reality. From our thoughts, we create schemas or thought forms or what he terms "eggs" which are made of "belief, power, judgment and consequences." These make things seem real that aren't real. He doesn't seem to think that just positive thinking or affirmations are enough to turn to the tide of these eggs. If you can get the eggs to break like the collapsing of a wave in quantum mechanics, they are no longer a problem. In essence, you don't want to create the dynamic that keeps them alive. Apparently our resistance with our judgments keep them going. So he recommends a kind of mental Judo that will not form the dynamics or resistance to these schemas that are for him profoundly not real. The other strategy for dealing with them is that when say a negative thought or circumstance does comes up, one need to not resist them but to feel them completely. It reminds me of Buddhism notion of embodiment where if one has a fear of darkness, for example, one meditates on it and feels it so completely to the point it is no longer an issue. Once you have resolved those, Scheinfeld view then is to accept your truth that you are an infinite being and use that to shape your reality. It is a bit more complicated than that but that is close enough. Solipsism is a lonely business when considering the implications. Ones customers are not real, but neither are one's loved one. Any affection is just a manifestation of one's own hologram. How one relates to the world is irrelevant because after all they don't exist or any love returned to you is just you loving you. From Scheinfeld's paradigm, however, everything in the universe is your creation. You are god and the world around you is a reflection of your godhood. In his mind, if one were to go to Niagra Falls and witnessed overwhelming beauty if the falling water, one ought to be overjoyed at one's ability to make such a magnificent creation. To him, even going to a restaurant is kind of miracle, too. Every stick of furniture and every person in it and their lives are all created by you for you to have this experience. He is very Hindu in his point of view that way. He is Brahman experiencing Brahman. If that is too far to go, he seems to believe in being polite to ones personal creation and the objects in it. For me, it is also a good thing to realize that money and economics is a meta-creation. It is more concept than reality. If our thoughts do create our realities and economies, then it is a very good thing to have some perspective on it. The meme that is so potent in our culture is that we are here to serve the economy rather than the economy being here to serve us. The heaven or hell we find ourselves in today is the belief that we are the ones not real and these meta-creations are. He is right that it time to understand who is the dreamer and what is the dream. With that, I'll say this is a good book. I'm glad I dreamed it and Robert Scheinfeld up.

I'm still trying to figure out why I created Robert Scheinfeld in the first place or his book though his information is prime. Simple and very valuable emotional tool
What Robert Scheinfeld proposes in this book could be considered absurd. Crazy talk. A gimmick to sell more books, coaching or consulting. One could debate the validity of Scheinfeld's model of our reality for lifetimes and still have no sliver of proof that he is correct in any way, shape or form. But I don't care. I really don't care if his model is the Truth or not. The value in this book is gained from what he calls "The Process." While Scheinfeld's "Process" may be borrowed or perhaps as some say even outright stolen from other self help, spiritual or new age material, I have found this to be the most simple, condensed and easy to use set of tools I have ever come across. I have read my share of the self help/spiritual/new age genre, and while I'm sure there are many other similar or even better works, I have never seen it put together in such a simple set of tools, ready to use in my daily life. Since our birth, we have given away our power and our greatness to people and situations outside of ourselves that we have no control over. The gist of The Process is that by using it in the "heat of the moment," we can reclaim that power each and every time a feeling of fear, anger or other negative feeling, thought or emotion comes up. By using The Process when feeling what I would call negative emotions (such as fear or anger), I have been able to actually feel a surge of energy almost every time I use it. Most of the time, I can neutralize those subtle to gut-wrenching feelings and return to a space of calm or peace. According to Scheinfeld, it gets even better in that the more we apply The Process, the more we become our True Self, and the less the negative people and situations in our life have control over us -- to the point where we can even "bust loose from the money game" where we don't ever have to pay attention to our bank accounts because we are protected by "cosmic overdraft protection." Well, since using The Process over the last month or so, I have not even come close to experiencing "cosmic overdraft" or anything like that, and I don't even know if its really possible. But as human beings, we deal with feelings of fear and anger many times throughout our day. At least I do. What a blessing to be able to use this tool to deflate and even eliminate these feelings and restore a sense of peace and well being to my life. So I will continue to apply the process as long as it makes me feel better, expecting nothing more. That alone is worth many times the $10 I paid for the book. And if at some point it ever brings me great benefits like actually busting loose from the money game, all the better.

Worth Your Time and Consideration - Not Your Average Self-Help Book.
I think it's interesting how polarized the reviews are for this book, so I'd like to add my 2 cents for your consideration. I would give this book 4.5 stars if possible, it really is a tremendous effort. I'm quite familiar with Robert Scheinfeld's work, and in some ways this is certainly an extension of his previous work (in particular I would, and often do, recommend the 11th Element - get this book!). In other ways, it is a departure that seems to document the author's conflicts and busting loose with his long held belief structures. It seems to me that "the process" is not that much different (it is different, but it starts in the same place) than EFT or other techniques used to dissolve or relieve the negative feelings and anxieties people have about money, or any other issue. And as Law of Attraction proponents always say, it's those negative thoughts and feelings that are holding you back from living your true prosperity. Where Scheinfeld makes a clear break philosphically from LoA advocates is that it is your Expanded Self (Higher Self, Inner Ceo, Oversoul etc.) that is really at the controls and providing the power to make everything in your life, including you, of course, appear real and events happen. It is your Expanded Self who is leading you to those "eggs" which have locked up power - those issues that cause the most discomfort. And if something isn't in your best interest, your Expanded Self is not going to give it to you - though this concept is touched upon more in earlier works. Now, for those who have read Seth's The Nature of Personal Reality (and everyone who is interested in this kind of material should) will understand that those eggs are beliefs you have about the nature of reality - from "what appears real is real, " "God is outside of you," to things such as "money doesn't grow on trees." The idea is that the feelings are most important, even if you can't put your finger on the core belief right away - and Busting Loose doesn't directly address the need for uncovering beliefs, just the need to reclaim the power from them. So Bob's Process is a very valuable technique for reclaiming the power from those restrictive beliefs, precisely because it is so feeling oriented. He also presents a cosmology that shakes the foundations of how one perceives any event as real, true or absolute - further unlocking the common belief in the concreteness of reality. Now, it seems that some people have expressed a concern that you are to do nothing, to take no action - and I don't think Bob makes that point. He says to take action on what you feel compelled to do, from the phase 2 perspective - not out of fear, past programming or what you think might or should work, but from this new view of reality - and I think he's right. The thing that I feel is either off the mark, or not made clear, is the claim that your Expanded Self convinces you of the absolute reality of phase 1, and then when you enter this new perspective of phase 2, the Expanded Self does the exact opposite; it does everything to convince you of the True reality. Huh? That just makes no sense to me, nor is Bob's argument to support this idea very convincing. I think what is true is that we, as a species (for the most part) have been conditioned to NOT have a connection with the Expanded Self (see Seth Sessions Vol 1 for a description of the Inner Self-Conscious Ego and humanities divorce from it) and therefore unless we seek out a connection (again, I think Bob's previous work the 11th Element is invaluable in this respect) it simply sustains us on the planet - but can't really help us more than that. I think that as you use "the process" of reclaiming power from these "eggs" those barriers to the Expanded Self become less and less. I tried not to say this, because it really is somewhat superfluous, but I just can't help myself - this is probably one of the clunkiest (I guess I mean unattractive) book jackets (just my opinion) I've seen in a very long time - I think they put all the proper signifiers (fonts and all) in a blender and came up with, well, better luck with the paperback edition. I wouldn't let that discourage you from getting it - it's not just for white business guys in suits, nor is it just about money. The illustrations inside are superb, by the way. So all and all, another pretty damn amazing book from Robert Scheinfeld - easily one of the clearest, most succint and talented (in some ways revolutionary) writers you will find for this kind of material. He certainly cuts out all the fat, and the fluff - with just a few reservations to the conclusions he sometimes draws.

Mind Blowing
The ideas about how we create our world can be hard to believe, though they are similar to Eastern thinking and the Law of Attraction. However, applying the techniques should still help you achieve piece of mind, and help ease into financial success without burning yourself out, even if you are skeptical.

It's All An Illusion, A Hologram
It's all an illusion, a hologram, an effect. Consciousness is the True Reality, the cause. Don't judge the hologram as good or bad cuz that gives it power. Appreciate all creation based on the fact that I was powerful enough to create it. Negative experiences are opportunities to reclaim power- so engage, dont push away. Spending Money is paying myself. It is expressing appreciation to the creation of my consciousness. Rich or poor are equal holographic illusions. Life is a Human Game- holographic total immersion movie experience. The goal is to feel emotions to reclaim power. The hologram is not real therefore it has no power. I AM THE POWER. p.133 I appreciate what a miraculous job I did in fooling myself into thinking the illusion was real. WOW. I created this, illusion. I can live in reactive mode. p.123 Detach from results and outcomes. I don't care. p.58 Focus on myself at all times. I follow my motivation + inspiration, moment to moment. Just wait to see what pops into my hologram. p.112 bad feelings...bring 'em on- I'm reclaiming my power. p.125 nothing in the hologram is real and I have all the power. There is nothing to fix. I am perfect. p.126 Phase II isn't better than Phase I, just different. p.85 Money is just the expression of appreciation. p.74 I am the Creator, not the creation. p.186 Nothing matters. Why set goals when I can create anything I want just for the sheer pleasure. Results are irrelevant in the game. p.178 I no longer need to pay attention to numbers. p.176 Story line doesn't matter, details are irrelevant. p.144 Make decisions about what I do as it relates to work based on what is fun for me, instead of what would make money, or whats expected. p.133 I let fo of intellect, logic, figuring things out, and just follow my feelings. p.126 Abundance isn't better than playing Phase I game and being locked into financial limitation- they are equally magnificent creations. p.125 Every creation that pops into my hologram is an absolute miracle. I am a talented and powerful creator (as are you).

Also having very mixed feelings....
I just finished reading the book Busting Loose From the Money Game, and after searching and searching for the "missing piece(s)" as another reviewer described, I *may* have found it...or maybe not. All I know is that at the moment I feel rather depressed--and a little misled by one of the glowing reviews on the back of the book. This results of this Process ARE NOT "IMMEDIATE," as endorser Chris Attwood claims on the dust jacket (one of the main draws for me to purchase the book). In fact, when you read the book Bob Scheinfeld clearly states in more than one place that The Process "will take time"-- in fact, he says that it can take months or even years to "bust open all the eggs" (read the book to understand the concept), as it did for him. As for this review contributing to the discussion of content, I agree with other reviewers: you really do have to read the book in order to understand what it's about. There are too many puzzle pieces to try to describe here, though they *are* based on not-new concepts such as quantum physics, in essence we are all pure consciousness, we create our own reality, etc. However, the idea that disturbs me---and maybe this is just my "Phase 1 mentality"---is the concept that we have an Expanded Self who's calling all the shots, that we just have to sit around and wait for E.S. to "pop" things into our hologram, and that NONE of it matters because none of it exists. It's rather disheartening to me to think that my beautiful son, my family, the lovely place where I live, etc., mean "nothing" and that they "don't exist": they're just part of the hologram "I" (my Expanded Self) made up for the sole purpose of playing The Human Game. It also doesn't sit well with me to think that my E.S. would create so much suffering in my life, as if I'm some kind of pawn to played with, minus any regard for what it feels like to *me*. The author frequently compares life to a movie, in which none of the characters are *really* getting shot, stabbed, etc., and we don't get upset about it because we know it it's all made up. However, there is one great difference: The actors in the movie are not REALLY suffering; it's all fake blood and they're just pretending to feel pain. We, however, DO feel pain, suffering, sorrow, etc., which ends the analogy for me and leads me to question why my E.S. would be so callous and uncaring, all for the sake of "playing the game." Also, the thought of why Scheinfeld would still be interested in money if he has truly busted loose, as he describes in the book, occurred to me as well. He claims that once you bust loose, money means nothing any more--nor does anything else. It's all just part of the game, and while we're free to continue to create whatever we like, it's all just for the purpose of enjoying the game anyway: "there is no money, no bank account, no numbers," etc. so what does it matter? Somehow it just doesn't feel very good to me to think that I've gone through all this *stuff* for absolutely no reason except to entertain some "Expanded Self" who is creating this very painful hologram with me in it. The Process, however, does seem to offer some value, in that it provides a way to reclaim one's own power that has been given away to unpleasant circumstances in the past. I must admit I was very dismayed when Scheinfeld says that our E.S. will start bringing us "eggs" (issues and events that hold discomfort, to put it very simply), including sometimes ones that are very intense. After having been pushed to the very threshold of human limits in this life more often than I can recount, I am not too keen on yet more "spiritual earthquakes" showing up. The only thing about The Process that I find reassuring is that *when* uncomfortable circumstances do show up, as they do in the course of the normal ups and downs of life, I now have another tool to deal with them. Overall, I think the information is valuable, and possibly life-changing for those who are ready. However, it should probably come with a few warnings at the outset; namely, that this Process will likely unfold over time, and that it could bring with it upheaval and turmoil, so the reader should be well prepared to face that. Furthermore, Scheinfeld says that The Process SHOULD NOT be undertaken to achieve any sort of change, fixing, or otherwise trying to shift/bring about results in one's life...which is probably the very reason most people would be interested in this book in the first place. I have yet to really wrap my mind around this one, as it seems contradictory to offer a book for people to change their lives yet tell them they cannot use The Process for that reason. (???)

I was led to buy this book after listening to a Gary Renard podcast. He is the author of [ASIN:1401906982 Your Immortal Reality: How to Break the Cycle of Birth and Death]]. Gary actually recommended it. I bought it in September and read it very quickly because the material was so intriguing. I began to apply the process right away, but not consistently. But just recently I re-read it again and absorbed a lot more of concepts and the process and I am so glad I did. I am applying the process several times a day now. For me, the greatest impact is not how my finances are better (which they are and i rarely have to worry about money now), but how I am a happier and more peaceful person. I suffered from depression and was on depression medicine for a couple years. I went off the medicine earlier this year, and right after that I divorced and sold my house. I was tempted to go back on it when I picked up this book to read again. Now, I know I can be happy without the medicine. When I start to feel depressed, I just apply the process, and immediately feel lighter. It's just a matter of remembering to apply the process! I was a conservative Christian for almost 20 years. I read the Bible, prayed, went to church, believed for financial help, etc. Although I love God, that route was not working for me. I had a verbally and emotionally abusive "Christian" husband, suffered financially for years, and also suffered from depression the whole time. This book will change your life. Whatever you need help with in life, the process taught in this book will take care of it. The process is quick and easy and all in your head. It's just a matter of remembering The Truth. I thank God I found this book!

Great message, poor delivery
I have found the concepts and messages in this book useful in practicing mindfulness (cultivating awe and gratitude for life). However I unfortunately feel the writing and the way the messages are delivered are too poor to recommend this book to my friends. The author is trying too hard to convince the reader to be open to the wildness of his theory, which is annoying when most readers are probably sufficiently open minded considering that the book title alone gives you an idea of how quirky the book is.

What A Trip!! My life has changed completely!
I had become despondent and disillusioned in my life - having worked diligently at visualization through meditation - but to no avail - I was still unhappy and frustrated and felt stagnant. My life now, though not changed drastically (yet), is so much more intriguing. Everything suddenly makes sense and I am happy ALL THE TIME! Mini miracles have occurred since I adopted the philosophies in the book, like my shaver blade disappearing and then re-appearing on the ledge of my bathtub! I know that sounds absurd, but it's the truth. Robert Scheinfeld's book surpasses all, and I mean ALL, the self-help and 'spirituality' teachings I've read about... and I've read a lot. With each book I read, I learned to look at life in a slightly different way, resembling a sort of evolution in persective; perhaps all in preparation for this mind-blowing book! Don't be fooled by the title (I was). It's so much more than the title indicates. A visit to his website ([...]) will give you a clearer idea of what his book is about. Like all spirituality books, if the book is meant for you, you'll feel a definite resonance. And to the sceptics: You needn't believe what he says, just try his suggestions; if you try sincerely, you'll be amazed at the results! Enjoy your holograms!!
