After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the item at first but once I received it I love it ! Is literally fantastic and it was bigger than what I expected it to be ! You can tell it was just made as well! Such a great product!

I just received this item today I checked it and it has leaks the size is super small for what I paid for and I would not recommend this I took pictures and video this item just arrived and I’m not satisfied it has bumps all around it like if it was previously returned it came dirty and I’m just not happy at all with this I will send this back today

It seems to filter the rotten egg smell out of my well water after about 24 hrs or so in the copper jug

It’s very pretty and has a sweet small footprint on my countertop. When it arrived there were multiple dark streaks and spots inside that needed thorough scrubbing. Recently the inside has started to get dark so it needs periodic washing with vinegar, lemon & salt. I only use purified/filtered water in it, but I moved recently and can no longer use my tap pressure filter so I’ve been buying bottled water which also has electrolyte minerals – this may be why it’s getting dark??? But I’m adding a two gallon ceramic crock gravity filter system soon and will manually add electrolyte minerals to my drinking water to hopefully reduce the frequency of washing this dispenser. Mine did have a minor indentation around the spigot, but there is no leaking (except when I’m so forgetful as to turn the spigot off before refilling.) Having the glasses fit under the base is handy. However, the glasses were very difficult to get apart – I don’t have much hand or upper body strength and it took me a long time – I eventually had to use WD-40 and wash them off thoroughly.

It's pretty in design but it starts to corrode as soon as you add water and trying to mail it back costs more than what you paid for it. Such a waste. I am so unhappy.

Me encantó, es de cobre real.aCon 4 vasos , que los uso para tomar de todo. Muy saludable para el cuerpo humano. La lleno de agua y al momento cambia a un sabor muy bueno , el agua deja de ser pesada.

It's a beautiful piece and I would've gave it 5 stars but it leaks. I read the reviews where everyone was saying it leaks but I decided to give it a chance anyways. I filled it up and the next morning it was half empty and my counter was soaking wet. I tried to get a replacement sent but I keep getting an error message. I'm not sure if it's Amazon's site having issues or the seller doesn't offer replacements. Don't waste your money on this. It's an ornamental piece at this point, it just plain doesn't work!

Kraantje was is plastik en hebben we zelf niet uit verpakking gehaald zag er uit dat zo ging uiteenvallen. Verder leek de kwaliteit niet volgens de beschrijving. We hebben dit terug gestuurd volgens de intstructies van de verkoper maar dan beweren ze dat ze het niet gekregen hebben en sturen ze foto van iets heel anders. En achter een terugbetaling kan je fluiten. Een heel onbetrouwbare verkoper.
