Had one of these before and they are a wonderful player*****.Recent one was not working and you asked me to send it back but somehow it has started working again so thank you very much .i will hold on to it.

Item is not fit for purpose. Firstly, overpriced for what it is. The MP3 player does not recognise when USB is plugged into computer - it takes several attempts to get working/ install music. Once installed - the system continuously freezes and the music is unplayable. You have to switch it on and off several times before to get it working again but then freezes again shortly after. Very bad item - especially as its meant to be user friendly for the elderly.

Very disappointed with this. When connected to desktop computer trying to put each mp3 meditation in was a nightmare, it only let me put 1 in at a time, I had to unplug it, plug it in again, click the "fix it" message, and repeat. after putting 7 meditations in it, I listened and it didn't play all of it so it wasn't fit for purpose which is why I returned it for a refund.

Really unhappy. I downloaded all my mothers favourite music on to the player and took it to her in the care home. She loved it and the sound was great but after 8 weeks it just stopped working and wouldn't recharge. I ordered a second and did the same all over again. This time after only 5 weeks exactly the same thing happened, it just stopped working and wouldn't recharge. Needless to say, I wont be ordering another one.

very simple to play favourite music

There are two things that work really well with the music player. First of all it looks great. The person that I am caring for does not want to have stigmatising products around. This music player has a retro type design with a nice balance of a modern touch. Secondly it is really easy to use. Just turn it on with one button and change the songs with another. Have not had any call outs yet that the product has stopped working! Maybe the only problem is that when it is disconnected to move it into the garden then someone has to remember to plug it in again to recharge. Maybe a future version could have a charging pod.

Having such a low storage capacity 8GB is for me the biggest negative attached to this item when you consider that the ipod when it came out over 20 years ago had an initial 30 GB storage which progressed to 80 GB within a short interval. So wouldn't buy until storage is significantly increased and / or it also allows USB / SD card to increase storage capacity.

First player "froze" and needed intervention to make it play. Not good when it was purchased for my 88 year old mom who has dementia.Replacement player would not be recognised by PC so music could not be added. Utterly useless
