Moulin Mahjoub, Organic Traditional Harissa Spread in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 185 gr Jar

This is the best harissa I have found! I used to get it at my local store but now I can only find it online. Much better flavor than other brands of harissa - they are not all the same!One way to use it is to dilute it with olive oil and use it as a marinade on chicken - makes a very good dish.

This is great tasting Harissa. Not hot and the peppers come through with with both pleasing traditional aroma and pallet. Excellent on fresh French bread with a plate of Shakshuka.

I'm not an authority on harissa, but I know what I like. Moulin Mahjoub brand is really tasty, with a good amount of heat. I've tried two other brands of harissa and found one that was quite fiery and had less overall flavor and another that was very mild and seemed almost tomato-y. The Moulin Mahjoub harissa is definitely my favorite. I've used it on everything from eggs to stews and I just ordered two more jars, so I'll always have plenty on hand.

This is a great paste to use as a base for many sauces and marinades. Especially good with a bit of maple syrup and other things for a salmon marinade.

This is an exceptional product. We love it. It adds so much flavor. It's spicy, but not too much so. Great addition to any African, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean dishes. MMM. You won't regret this purchase.

This is the best harissa I have found, and it's organic, too. This price is more reasonable (even with shipping) than I have paid at Zingerman's

This is a wonderful hot sauce. It can be used on toasts, or mixed with chicken, tuna, or vegetables. It adds a delicious "kick" to your dishes. The jar came beautifully wrapped and even had a little message from the seller wishing me enjoyment of his product! I am impressed and I will definitely purchase more!
