My 8 year old son loves wildlife and hiking. He love, love, loves this book to go on explorations for animals and to identify prints or other items we may find along the way. Beautiful, child friendly descriptions of the animals, their habits, and habitats. Easy size to take on long hikes! Highly Recommend.

I checked this book out from the library and it was so full of information I had to purchase my own copy. Even my husband (a nonreader) said it was a great book.
