Nature's Way Silent Night Sleep Formula, 440 mg, 100 Vcaps

I was looking for something to help with leg cramps and sleeplessness at night, but it had to be natural. This product does all of those things. I no longer have leg cramps at night. I sleep longer at night with no drowsiness in the morning.

Not the best but they work somewhat. I’m trying to find an alternative to sleeping pills that is natural. I tried these with 3 mg melatonin and so far it’s the best natural option but still not like sleeping pills.

I found these last year at a CVS to use occasionally. When I ran out it seemed they had disappeared - until I looked on Amazon. So thankful. I'm not crazy about the smell of the capsules when you first open the bottle but have gotten to where I remove them from the bottle about 30 minutes or so before I take them. I started out taking 2 and am up to 3 now. Haven't tried the 4 capsules as the bottle directs. There is no sudden sleepiness, just a gradual relaxing. I take them about an hour or so before going to bed. And I usually read for 30 minutes to an hour before going to sleep. When I get up the next morning, there isn't any groggy or hung over feeling, which I really like. I've taken other over the counter pills like these and felt bad or wanted to sleep all the next day.

These work quite well. I take just one of these and I get the best night of sleep. Great product for the price!
