No wire or plug!
The mirror is perfect very bright light on it and looks great. But arrived with a cut wire and no plug so we had to use the wire from an old lamp to make it work.. bit disgusting for the price to have no plug!!!! Or a full wire for that matter

Great quality and customer service
I was a bit anxious about the quality of the mirror. The round mirror is well built, easy to install, the touch button is very sensitive and easy to switch on and off. Better than what we were expecting.The shipping company damaged the packing and broke the mirror. They said that are not responsible for glass content. I contacted the seller and straight away they ship another one once I described and send a proof of the issue. They were excellent to deal with.

The light and demister doesnt work
The mirror itself looks beautiful, except it does not work.. I have messaged the company three times for an exchange and i have not had one reply.
