I worked in the supplement and fitness industries for 20 years and if I were making a pre workout myself this is roughly what I’d choose to make personally. Works well. A little more caffeine than I’d like as I try to do max 300mg a day but it gets the job done and tastes great. Efficacious doses of ingredients and love how NutraBio doesn’t do any proprietary blends and puts it all on the label including their proteins. Now that I am out of the industry NB is my brand of choice. Great company and products!

Solid pre-workout. Gives me clean energy with no crash, and I love that it’s not packed with sugar. Great for intense gym sessions.

The product works but like the instructions say. Drink 20-30 minutes before your workout. My trainer comes to my home and often but not the same consistent schedule. Often I would drink during the warm up then my body kicks in midway through the workout but I couldn't recover.Recently I drunk the protein drink 20 minutes before the workout and I noticed I had more energy for the warmup AND throughout the majority of the workout. Im 43 but my trainer trains me like I'm 25. smhStay thirsty my friends.

I’ve been using this preworkout for about a year. If you know preworkout, you should know that line alone is significant—I have not built up any kind of tolerance to the ingredients. It still gives me great gym sessions (especially when coupled with a good nights sleep).If you take time to research the ingredients and the dosages, you will see that everything is CLINCIALLY DOSED, meaning they put enough of each ingredient for it to have the effects shown in clinical trials of that ingredient. The taste is among the best in prrworkout. I usually mix mine with more water than recommended because i like a lighter flavor in general.Two tips:First, shake occasionally while drinking. Obviously one of the ingredients aren’t soluble, and you will see it float to the bottom.Second, MAKE SURE TO ORDER FROM NUTRABIO LABS. Other suppliers on Amazon are shipping old inventory that is clumpy, has a foul oder, and bad taste. Product has been consistently good when ordered from Nutrabio via Amazon.
