This cookie baking book completely leveled up my baking game. Whether you're brand new to baking or have been at it for years, this book makes it easy to turn out delicious, bakery-worthy cookies every single time.What I love most is how clear and approachable the recipes are. The instructions are easy to follow, and each recipe includes helpful tips that actually make a difference (like how long to chill the dough or when to pull cookies out for that perfect chewy texture).There’s a great mix of classics — like chocolate chip and snickerdoodles — plus some creative twists I hadn’t tried before (the brown butter espresso cookies were a HUGE hit in my house). Every recipe I’ve tried so far has turned out perfectly, which honestly doesn’t happen often with baking books.

I learned about the 100 Cookies Baking Book from a book club and it a fun book to bake through. There are 8 Chapters in the book - The Classics, Brownies + Blondies, Fruit Extravaganza, The Next Level, Time To Play, Pan-Banging Cookies, Mix + Match and Extras. Most of the recipes have an accompanying photo to entice the user to give the recipe a try. I liked that there are familiar recipes (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodles) but also recipes that make me think of a bakery like Creme Brûlée Cheesecake Bars and Sables. Author Sarah Kieffer provides clear and easy to follow instructions. The ingredients are easy to find at the local grocery store or on Amazon. There is also page at the back of the book that provides a variety of resources to source ingredients/tools. I have tried two recipes, Neapolitan Cookies and Cream Cheese Brownies and had fantastic results! The only hard part is trying to limit how many cookies I make so I still fit my clothes! 100 Cookies Baking Book is wonderful book to add to your collection. I highly recommend it!

As my family knows, Sarah Kieffer is my favorite baking cookbook author hands down. This was the first book I ever purchased from her, and now I own them all. She does a good mix of traditional type recipes and also super unique recipes. They're reliably good, and they're the most requested baked goods from my friends. I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could.

Every single cookie I’ve made from this book has been delicious. The instructions are easy to follow for a new baker like myself. I have to stop myself from eating them all in one day! I highly recommend.

I love baking and I’m always looking for new, good recipes. I often find myself on Google looking up recipes, but I am always left wanting a really good recipe book that I can hang on to and make notes in. This book is perfect!First off, the recipes are clearly labeled, easy to read and easy to follow. This is so important for any recipe book!Second, the included pictures give you an idea of what to expect and I really like that. Will they always turn out like the pictures? No, but that’s ok.Finally, there are so many different recipes and each one I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious!I honestly think this recipe book is well worth it!

100 cookies baking book was a good purchase.I love how she gives you cookie-baking tips and stories and variations on how to change up some recipes. Like the touch of having a bookmark already in the book. The soft chocolate chip cookie came out pretty good and the oatmeal raisins cookie was good as well. I'm a home baker love this recipe book. It's a good gift to give someone who wants to get into baking or already loves to bake. Now look forward to buying another one ofSarah Kieffer books.

The brown butter cookies are a family favourite! So quick and easy to make and they’re delicious. I’ve tried 5 other recipes so far (like the banana cream bars, ginger cookies and the lemon sugar cookies) all were a hit!If you enjoy simple and classic recipes that have minimal fuss and a great flavour profile then this is the book to get. Also, if you have kids, they can join in on the fun of baking since most of these recipes are quick to make.This has become a staple recipe book for my household, definitely get it, you won’t regret it.

I gave this as a Christmas gift. Nice photos for each recipe. Perfect for a baker.
