A brush gives you a more uniform thickness. Adhesion is best when any sand or dirt has been removed before application. Good luck

Can this be applied to a damp driveway

I would suggest Not using this on a damp driveway. I just had my driveway professionally sealed & he was concerned about whether or not it was dry. Even though it had not rained for 2 days prior. Also, it is important that it dry thoroughly afterwards.

can this be used on concrete driveways?

Check the manufacturers info. I wouldn't use it on concrete but I see roadway crews spray concrete with an asphaltum material to bond black top surfacing. You would probably be better served asking someone who does blacktop seal coatings and fill any cracks with elastomeric material resurface with patching coat. PS if you do order it check if they are UPS'ing it or tractor trailer. You have to be home to receive it with truck and sign for it plus take off work for minimum of 4 hours
