WHY are the various numbers of different heights????

All numbers are the same size. You have a choice of 4", 5", 6" and 8 ". the font for the 5" is different. I noticed the grouping on this listing has become mixed up. We will fix it in the next couple of days.

The price is for each number?

yes, and it is one of the lowest for a floating 6-inch number on Amazon.

Where are these made? What is the countre of origin.

They are aluminium, and made in India.

Are spacers included with purchase?

The numbers are on stand offs which project them out from the mounting surface. If you mean spacers - space between numbers - no. What I did was traced each number on paper and the mounting hole and laid out the number spacing on one piece of paper. Drilled the holes thru the paper than installed the numbers. In typesetting even spacing does not work. For instance spacing between a 11 is different than 90. See how the 11 is too far apart. Its called kerning, adjusting the space. I posted a photo with my review 1633 are my numbers.
