Is the material breathable? Looking for something that won't make me hot!

It is breathable. I wear it as a sun protector too.

Are the sleeves smooth or does it have a print on the inside of the fabric that may potentially leave a mark on your arms?

The design on the inside is even more pronounced and will leave indentations on your skin.

The largest part of my arms is 14inches. What size would that correspond to?
