Not as expected
The life jacket & goggles came as expected however nothing else appeared as advertised, everything else was pink for girls .. the arm flouts .. ear plugs & swim cap all for girls can’t use it

Comfortable and well manufactured. Not USCG approved.
Well made life vest for my 20lb grandaughter. Allows arm and neck movement. This is not a Coast Guard approved vest. For boating, we carry a USCG approved 30lb-50lb vest that fits over this vest that would keep her little head above water if she fell overboard. Other pool goodies are a nice addition to the package. This vest shipped from Hong Kong to the US surprisingly quickly.
