Denso 234-4604 Oxygen Sensor

Placed in a 2003 Toyota Celica GT. Fit perfectly. Check engine light went off. No issues.

I purchased & installed the O2 sensors on my 2002 Toyota Celica GT, downstream sensor (Denso 234-4623 Oxygen Sensor) & upstream sensor (Denso 234-4604 Oxygen Sensor). Denso is an OEM manufacturer for Toyota & these O2 sensors come w/the connectors so as to just plug in w/out any splicing. These cleared up my P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold error code. If you look online, there is no shortage of ideas, claims & products that say they can resolve this issue cheaply. The way I look at it, my car is 18 years old, I’d rather just replace the parts that could possibly be the cause of the error & hopefully get another 18 years of error code P0420 free driving.I’d also recommend picking up an 02 sensor wrench as well. The wrench will make it that much easier to remove the old sensors & tighten the new sensors w/out damaging them. Also, spray the bolts & sensors w/some sort of penetrating oil to help dissolve/break the rust. I also suggest you use some anti seize on the threads just in case you need to remove the sensors in the future.If you need the catalytic converter for your 2002 Toyota Celica GT, I installed an Eastern 40618 Direct Fit Catalytic Converter.I hope this review was helpful.

This was a direct oem replacement for my 2001 Toyota celica gt. In my experience you should try to use Denso parts when you can for Toyota to avoid inferior quality and having to buy another part when your aftermarket part fails.
