I use this on top of the permanent lip stick I use that dries my lips. This lipgloss softens and makes my lips moist.

I am a loyal Estee Lauder customer always and only do I use their products but I cannot stand the new lip application brush for the Lip Gloss, thought perhaps you would have changed the design but this is a useless brush and I have to purchase special lip applicators in order to even get it on my lips correctly. Whoever designed this make a huge mistake!

Minute plastic brush if you can call it a brush impossible for applying petroleum jelly colorless lip stick. I never bought any lipstick like this one from any Company including Estee Lauder
