Medium-soft feel to head and face but very gently supportive for neck and shoulders. Keeps it's shape overnight and doesn't flatten.Ideal for those who dont like a hard or too bouncy pillow.

Ok but yet to find pillow perfection
Lovely pillows - very very big and thick initially and comfy, good quality and well made, but they do tend to flatten quite quickly which is a shame. Having said that, I'm yet to find a pillow that doesn't. I'm not sure if I'd buy again or keep searching for the perfect pillow, but they are ok and not too expensive so I'm happy

Pillows are okay but could be better, they’re not very thick and they’re not firm for long. They’re comfortable for a little while but I found it didn’t last very long. They’re not the worst pillows by far and for the price they’re fine, but they could be better.
