Our kombucha contains 14 mg of caffeine per 8 oz serving. By comparison, a typical cup of green tea contains 35 mg of caffeine per serving and a cup of coffee has around 95 mg of caffeine.

Is Humm Original safe to drink if it is left out of refrigeration?

Our kombucha will not ferment when unopened at room temperature. Because our kombucha is a live and perishable product with organic juices, we strongly recommend that our kombucha be refrigerated at all times while not being consumed.

How does the sugar in your kombucha compare to other brands?

Our Original Kombucha has less sugar than the leading kombucha brand (hmm, who is that??) flavor by flavor.

How does Humm verify that its kombucha is "non-alcoholic"?

Alcohol level tests are conducted in both our in-house lab and an independent 3rd party laboratory with accreditation certification. Such results are well below 0.5% ABV, which is the threshold to be deemed a “non-alcoholic” beverage by the TTB.

Best kombucha!

These are our favorite brand and this flavor is our favorite. But we like all the flavors offered. What I like about these is that they are in a can and easier for lunches at work and school. I find the best price is through amazon.

Good but to expensive

I love humm in general. I was looking to try a new flavor. The coconut lime sounded refreshing. It is not a flavor I could do daily. However, it was a nice change of pace from the other flavors. WAY over priced! I won’t by it again, due to the cost.

Cans ruined a good kombucha

I absolutely loved Humm kombucha when it was sold in bottles. Now that it can only be bought in cans the aluminum give it a nasty taste. So would love to find it in glass bottles again.

Tastes like a Coconut Malibu drink. So Good.

I love this flavor of Humm. Honestly the best Kombucha out there. I was a little hesitant to purchase online and when they arrived there was no icepack or anything to keep it cold but it tasted fine so I'm not worried. Will definitely purchase again.
