Bright Eyes has the best service you will ever find! I take long rides at night, so when the battery only lasted an hour, it wasn't long enough. I replaced it with this one. I've had it for 3 or 4 years, riding 3 or 4 nights a week, and it has never gone dead on a ride. Quality product that does what it is supposed to. The light has 3 settings with the top being 1600 lumens. I only use the bottom setting, because it is always plenty bright.

Has the rated capacity, weatherproof, works as advertised and they seem to have fixed the problematic connector on the older revisions where the contacts would slowly corrode over time. It does seem to have a higher self-discharge than I would've liked, but I commute by bike on a near-daily basis, so it gets charged almost every night anyway.

Got this to replace an old bad battery pack for a 12 or 15 year old OG Magic Shine MTB light. Arrived as advertised, charged it up, and off I went. I've used it on two night rides and nightly with my headlamp when walking the dog. I've charged it once being conservative before the second night ride to ensure I didn't have it go dead but it had plenty of juice left. Really good battery for the price.

It’s much better than the last ones I’ve had it lasts much longer and I have used it twice without charging it worked fine.

This is my second battery pack from Bright Eyes and just like the first one, the durability and longevity is great. But I have to agree with another review that the mounting system needs help. The straps aren't log enough to wrap around a seat tube or downtube and then have something to secure it back to. There needs to be some velcro added to the body of the battery pack for the straps to secure to. I ended up having to use my water bottle cage to put the battery pack in and then I could secure the straps. BE, bring back the original mounting option like on the 6400mAh Battery.

I had the previous model with lower mAh. The new and improved battery kept my headlamp going strong for a 50 mile ride yesterday. I am delighted.

We love our Bright Eyes lights, but needed a new charger. I went to the Bright Eyes website and sent them a note on Saturday and had a new charger on Tuesday. They have the most responsive customer support I have ever seen!
