Balamory - Musical Stories [DVD]

Great gift

My younger brother has a collection of Balamory dvds, and knew he was missing this one, so I went on Amazon and got him this one! When it arrived today, he was super happy! No scratches on the disc, and it works perfectly!

I hugely recommend Balamory for little 'uns up to school age. My five and half year old still occasionally revisits it. He feels very affectionate towards the characters. I think they pace the stories very well, and as they repeat and review things, the child can really keep up and understand. A lot of other programmes just go over their heads. Also the songs are varied and good, well, by kiddy standards :)

My kids love this DVD. It's great for the price and there is lots of singing and dancing in the episodes which my oldest dances along to. It has been played a lot already and not had it long. Great for the price and not too annoying for the adults.

My daughter is 2 and a half and loves music & dancing.We bought her this dvd and she loves it, she knows all the people and has enjoyed all the other dvds but likes this one especially due to the musical theme and any excuse to dance and sing and do actions.The family all loved it too !

Bought this for my 2 year old who loves Balamory. This DVD gets played non stop and she never tires of it. As the stories all have a musical theme this DVD really holds her attention and she loves dancing along with it. Highly recommended.

I bought this dvd for my 22 month old daughter, and she has been very satisfied with it. She watches it every day, and has done so for a month now. English is not her native language, but that doesn't seem to be a problem at all. I bought the dvd because of its focus on music, and she has been very inspired by it - both when it comes to playing drums, percussion, the fiddle, and moving to the rythms and humming to the music. There are also children participating in the dvd, and they inspire her too.
