Nice piece of equipment
Nice piece of equipment, does the job that needs to get done. On the other hand, this is a very heavy piece of equipment! 287 pounds of machine and cable. You will need some help getting this one up the stairs if stairs are involved.

Wonder if anyone else has had these issues?
I’m a rigid fan all 10 of my snakes are rigid and never an issue. I purchased first k-750 and ruined 4-100’ cables in 2 days. I sent it back and got a different one. And it cost me more to use it. I don’t know what the issue is but I’ve spent 1000’s in cables. My issue now is the cable twist in a noose in drum and it’s ruined. The last time i used it I had watched videos & everything on loading cable and all. I used it 1 time on a brand new cable. Did fine the next job I heard something thumping in drum. And it was new cable all twisted in a noose and ruined in drum. I’m baffled it’s auto feed same concept as k-400 which Ive never had issues with. Or if I have to rent a 100 ft drum machine & no issues. But this one I have existing whip with 25 ft extension & then 100 ft of 5/8 cable. I never put in reverse unless I’m bound up. But I just keep going through cables where I don’t even wanna use it so it sits. Don’t know if anyone has had these issues?? Or how to fix?? Even on the drum machines we have rented for jobs have never had these issues of ruining cables. It’s crazy cuz it has guide bar so it can only come out one way and bring back one way like my k-400’s but the cable always nooses up inside and is ruined or cable is on opposite side it’s supposed to be. Any help or suggestions would be helpful. None of my machines have cost or giving me this issue it’s the only k-750 I own

DOESN'T COME WITH AN ATTACHMENT
I SPENT ALMOST 4000 DOLLARS AND IT DIDN'T COME WITH ANY ATTACHMENTS TO FIT ON THE END. SO BASICALLY ITS USELESS. YOU THINK IF YOU SPENT THAT MUCH THEY WOULD INCLUDE ONE TOOL FOR THE END SO YOU COULD USE IT. IT'S HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT ATTACHMENT TO FIT IT HAS A SPECIAL END.

this is a monster machine!!
I really don't understand why the bad reviews, but it could be lack of knowledge on how to operate it.I have use this machine many many time to unclog drain lines, I have been successful all the time, no issues with cable or anything else on the unit.

This machine is a beast, heavy, well made, installing cable was sketch.
I have pipes that clog with roots twice a year at about 80' back. I have a K-400 that will not reach. This unit cut through those roots so fast I almost didn't feel the resistance and knew I hit them.weightJust to point it out once loaded with cable this thing weights a lot and is a pain to lug around.build qualityThis machine is well built and very sturdy. Look like it will last a life time for sure.assemblyAssembling the few minor parts on the machine was no big deal however the cable... The cable is not pre installed and comes in a spring loaded box that needs to be feed from the box into the machine. When you load the cable make sure to do it outside and be careful. It is hard to know what way the tension is on the cable and you need to keep switching direction to relive tension. When a few new loops pop out of the box they spring out so fast and under such force it is down right dangerous.Once I got that cable loaded it was smooth sailing from there on.

Not Impressed with machine.
C Rating. Was not impressed with this machine. Cable broke after first time out of the cage! We had to deal with Empire to get a new cable and due to back order, it took a month and a half to get a replacement. While the plastic surrounding the machine is lighter weight, it caused more issues with it vibrating loose when in use after we received new cable.
