A Game Changer but with a few caveats
Having COPD it is impossible for me to walk any great distances even with O2. I recently moved and I'm in a neighborhood I would have 5 years ago considered a paradise to walk in. But, health prevents that so I did the next best thing and got this scooter. Let me start by saying this has been a game changer for me. In just 1 week I've been able to go and do light errands w/o relying on others to help. The good news is it was very easy to put together. I am mechanically challenged and I was able to figure it out. The instructions were clear though I always view a you tube video as well. The rear basket is nice and can hold few things easily. I keep my portable O2 in the back basket. The seat is big and it's comfy and even has arms. You can easily steer with 1 hand or 1 finger even. However, when riding over uneven sidewalks you can really tell that it is not the sturdiest of designs. It's all plastic, though put together well. I worry how much jostling it can take. It could use some shocks but in this price range I think it's a good buy and it's a good intro into mobility scooters. The battery life was a bit more disappointing. I am only 185lbs and I tend not to race this thing. Most of my rides are fairly short. My longest ride was about 60 min. Anyway, I ended up with about 5 hrs before the lights went too low. I don't know how far one can go when the lights get low and I wasn't going to find out. It's not very heavy but I needed someone to help unbox and put the tiller on. I don't have the breath to manually move the machine so I play it safe. I am going to check into maybe some inflatable tires which would definitely smooth this ride out. OK, so 5 starts as I think it;s a great option for someone with limited mobility. I only use this outdoors but if you have a home that has wider halls or more open areas I could see using it indoors. I'll come back in several weeks and do an update. Meanwhile Happy Scootering!

Tiny Nana(96) has independence
My 96 year old grandmother broke her hip a few months ago. She used to be fairly active for her age before that, but the break really slowed her down.I live 2 blocks down the street from her and she used to walk down often, but under the circumstances obviously she can’t anymore. She became depressed and moved around even less. She refuses to move in with me, and my tribe won’t fit in her house, so I surprised her with the scooter in case she needs to get to me for any reason. She has really perked up and visits almost daily for lunch and a bit of gossip! She aspires to drive around our quiet neighborhood and go to the corner store for a soda like she used to before she broke her hip. It has given her back a sense of the life she thought she would have to totally give up.Also, it makes her “feel like less of a burden” because she can zip down to my house for a meal instead of me “catering to her” and dropping meals off to her. (Her words, not mine!)When delivered, the box is heavy, but I managed to get it in the house by myself (42F). The scooter was easy to assemble and charge. She is a tiny woman (4’10”, 75lbs) and has only made little 4 block round trips daily for about two weeks, so the battery has almost a full charge still. Our street is bumpy with lots of potholes, so she keeps it on slow mode most of the time for safety, but the fast mode on a smooth surface (grocery store/newer street) would be fine. It has no shocks so taking a bump makes it feel very unstable. Also I would think that tall people might not have enough legroom. She is able to maneuver it easily, and the steering takes a very light touch. It meets her needs perfectly, and it was a fairly economical choice, compared to other models I priced. Having a little help to keep active has really lifted her spirits and restored her independence and dignity.Just keep in mind she is little and light, and uses the scooter less than an hour a day. If you are in a different situation with different needs, your outcome may very well be different.

Mobility Independence - Great Scooter
Received the scooter in just 5 days and it was very well packaged. It took less than 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. Super easy assembly!! 5mph is a lot faster than you think when you're in the seat. Easy maneuverability, tighter turning radius than I expected. I had read where the horn and backup notification was extremely loud....it's not as loud as I expected. It's loud enough so that people around you will hear it, but not overly loud. When walking a long distance, I struggle to breath. This scooter now allows me to go watch my grandkids play baseball, go to marching band competitions and I can get outside and ride along with my grandkids while they are riding their bikes. Take it camping and still be able to ride around the campground (on paved road) and enjoy nature. I can now go to the near by convenient store, take a stroll through my neighborhood. Having this scooter gives me the opportunity to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I have zero complaints/issues with this scooter. It is definitely serving its purpose.

Great scooter, great price
I bought this for my 12-year old son, who has mobility issues stemming from a brain injury. He has limited use of his left hand, but the way the controls are arranged, he can use either hand to move forward or reverse. The seat is comfortable, and the baskets are handy. It breaks down nicely for transport. The range is impressive. We went on a six-mile walk and had battery to spare. It handles gravel and trimmed grass decently. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good value point scooter.
It's easy setup. Runs good and has a sensativy dial so you can tune it down for beginners or for close quarters usage. The seat is not very high even on the highest setting. Also not allot of leg room for taller people. Over all good scooter for the cost. Arrived in good condition within 5 days of purchasing.
