This seems to work very well when used with three stages of pads. You sill need to sand the clear coat with 1k, 2k, and then 2.5k or even 3k sandpaper, then finish with this polish. Norton carries the pads, although they come with a center piece for alignment that I had to know out since I don't have their specific backing pad.

Good stuff
Helps with swirl marks and can cut buffing time in half... needs a lighter compound to help bring shine... apply on dry surface not wet!
