Fax and phone jack was empty
I ordered the product, received it, and during set up when I tried to plug in my fax machine, I pulled the rubber covering off where the fax and phone jack should be on the device, and it was just an empty hole that I could see through into the inside of the device. There was no way to plug in my fax machine as described on Amazon.......disappointing............
