Love this product it was exactly what I needed

I ordered a month ago. I just received the case today, missing the cooling pouch. After 29 days, the other 3 items shipped separately just reached the US 3,000 miles away. Great product, but order 6 months before vacation.P.S. The slow shipping speed is based on the lag due to the world wide pandemic, and NOT the merchant.
