This supplement has worked very well for me. I believe I have been in the depths of burnout for some time now after rigorous schooling, working a full time job and doing a ton of volunteer work that is physically and emotionally taxing while also dealing with underlying anxiety as well. I have found Rhodiola to give me more mental clarity, energy and improve my mood. I started taking 1 pill a day in the morning and felt the change immediately. After a couple days I starting getting jittery with it so I started cutting the dose in half, taking one part in the morning and the second part early afternoon. I have been able to cut my coffee consumption in half without any rebound headaches as well. Anyone interested in taking this definitely do your research because everyone reacts differently. Make sure, even with the increased energy, you are still pacing yourself and resting bc that will just make exhaustion/burnout worse in the long run. I think I will finish this cycle with the Rhodiola but will try Asian Ginseng next because I have heard it has more health benefits than Rhodiola while also being energizing.

I’ve been taking NOW Rhodiola 500 mg daily for a few weeks. In terms of stress reduction, I haven’t noticed a big change. My tolerance might already be on the higher side. However, I have seen a clear improvement in my sleep experience. When I take it close to bedtime, I remember my dreams much more vividly and even have spontaneous lucid dreams without extra practice. This wasn’t the effect I initially wanted, but it has been an interesting and enjoyable surprise. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle arrived sealed with a fresh smell. It works! Felt the difference in days! I have a fast-paced job and also workout 6 days a week. I HIGHLY recommend it for focus, improved executive function and a better physical endurance. It's not that you feel a caffeine rush or relaxed. You just feel complete mental clarity and physical capacity.

Started taking this because apparently “adaptogenic herb” sounds better than “I am one minor inconvenience away from moving into the woods.” Easy capsules, no weird taste, and so far no urge to become a monk or start cold plunging at sunrise. Do I feel transformed into an unbothered mountain warrior? No. Do I feel slightly better equipped to deal with emails, traffic, and people who stop walking in the middle of doorways? Possibly. Either way, it’s cheaper than therapy and takes less time. Five stars. My stress is still here, but now it has competition.

The bottle arrived with only 33 of the 120 capsules inside. It was sealed so there was no sign of tampering but I could immediately tell it was almost empty before even opening the seal. I counted them to be sure and yes, 75% missing. This discrepancy was super noticeable, but if that could slip through QC then what else does…
