The light on this is defective and does not work. Unfortunately, we learned this outside of our returnable window and are now stuck with it.

I definitely saw GREAT results with this product immediately. After my first use I was blown away and shocked by the change in my teeth. I already have pretty white teeth, but they looked even more pearly after using. The only thing is that after not using it for about a week or two, I saw my results fade and eventually when I ran out of product, I was lazy and didn't immediately buy a new one, so all of my progress disappeared and my teeth were back to their original shade after about a month with not using the product. I was under the impression that teeth whitening results are something that hold- but with this product you have to religiously use in order to keep results, which is why I'm giving it a lesser rating.

This "review" is a continuing review from when I received the product and will be updated as I use it.First, I received a email immediately after ordering the kit. It contained directions regarding the mouth trays. It shows good business practice and caring that the product is used properly so that the best benefits can be achieved. I am confident that this is a good product because my dentist gave me the same percentage amount of the same gel, but very little of it, only enough for three days.I am a cautious person and have read the reviews on Amazon, and was duly impressed. Therefore I bought this product. I will update this review as I use the kit.Thanks.

Works for me

The light didn't work, tried everything. I could get it to work with new batteries but only with a ton of pressure on the batteries and for a few seconds, tops. Also, it says it comes with three trays but it only comes with two. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the gel DOES work pretty well.

Bad

When I read the reviews and seen this whitening kit I had to have it ..But I used it and it made my teeth hurt for days after and they became very sensitive but every bodys different what may not work for me may for others ... I guess my teeth are just to sensitive for products like this it was still worth trying though ...

I purchased this item as a gift for my mother. She absolutely loved it. Her teeth lightened 2 shades immediately. Thank you so much!
