Wow, this plastic clip costs $20.00?!?!?!I do not trust the metal cable, and I'm afraid it could scratch my bike parts. I also think the vibration on the bike could cause the twist open cable fastener to vibrate open and then I will have lost a $20.00 plastic clip. I plan to remove the cable and use a short piece of paracord instead.I think I will use that metal cable for a key chain on my car key fob.

Just like the vest this is very simple and easy to use. I installed it between my rearview mirror and right hand side starter button and keep the tether from hanging to the side of the bike. This is also a remainder to connect to the tether.You can open it to install it around any pipe (handlebar or similar). It also comes with some soft wire in case you want to secure it with it also (I didn't do it)When I'm riding I just flip it over to the front and can't even see it or feel it. Highly recommended.

After a few months the clip fell off on the road and I lost it. The little metal piece must have came unscrewed.

切れないように、丈夫なコードがついているがバイクの車体に引っ掛けるときに傷がつきそうなので、透明なチューブがあると良かった

メインのバイクで重宝していたのでセカンドバイクにもワイヤとセットで装着。コネクタがあるとジャケットへの装着時、気が引き締まります。

これだけのバックルに千円か…と思うのは皆同じではないでしょうか。製品としては見た目通りにシンプルであり、気遣いを感じない品に思います。固定する用途は満たしていますが、バインド線が金属な点が一番残念な所です。ジャケット付属の伸縮ワイヤーは被膜付きケーブルの上にチューブで更に保護してあるのに対し、コチラは細い金属線です。塗装されたフレームなどに付けると塗膜に傷が入り、そこから錆などが発生する可能性が考えられます。エアバックジャケットを着ないで乗る時にはコチラを用いて車体にケーブルを固定して乗りますが、振動で擦れるのは目に見えてます。気になる方は取り付け前に熱収縮チューブなどで保護して使った方が良さそうです。
