VortexDirect Heavy Duty Grey/Gray Center Console Boat Cover 17'7" - 19'6" Boat

This is used on a 19' center console bay boat. I replaced a $300 custom made top with this one because the custom made top only lasted a year. Above average quality materials, stitching is good and it is waterproof. The universal fit should work on most boats, but the front 1/3 of the cover can't be sinched down tight enough and water pools on the top in the area in front of the console near the bow. The top of my console is about 50" and a taller console may alleviate this problem. I will likely need to put something on the bow to "tent" the top slightly to keep this from happening. I have been using this for 3 months and other than that issue, it has been a solid performer.

This is the second boat cover I’ve ordered from this seller. No problems with the quality of the cover. It fits well and comes with plenty of high quality straps. However, don’t expect the company to honor the five year warranty. My cover lasted for two years, not five. I notified the company along with photos of the failed fabric and never received a response or credit. I still think it’s a quality product, just don’t expect it to last five years, that’s not going to happen. I’ve included a photo of the fabric that tore at the slightest pull after two years. I sure wish the seller would at least acknowledge my communication . . .

So far it's good. Just applied this cover 3 weeks ago is the reason for the four stars on durability. I have a center console bay boat that is 19'3" and this fit great. This cover has elastic edges and has I believe 12 additional strapping areas to further secure the cover. The quality is great and just recently tested out its water resistance which passed! Just recently the straps held the cover in place with 40-50 mph winds with no problems. I am very pleased and hoping it will last long because summer is coming.

I have an 18' center console SeaWay and purchased the cover that fits 18'7" - 19'6" boat as I wanted to make sure the cover was large enough (vs too small). The next size down would have worked fine but I preferred it to be slightly oversized. So far this cover has lasted through one New England winter and one summer and is still going strong. The material is thick enough yet light enough to handle putting on and off between trips to the ocean. The tie down straps also work great. Highly recommend.

Only had this a few months and so far it has held up to reviews. Quality material, water resistance is good however the fit could be better. Durability is still in the air because it’s fairly new.

Didn't cover/fit my bow holder hooks in the middle of the boat. Had to modify with my blade. Held up good in the elements, just wish it would have been taller in the middle.

Nice cover. Well built. Easy to tie down on trailer. It does not have an outboard motor covet, so I bought a size 2' longer than the hull and it extends over the motor nicely. Putting the cover over the motor helps the cover she'd snow and water better. I kept the old cover on the boat under the new one for extra protection.
