Ameriwood Home Galaxy TV Stand with Mount for TVs up to 65", Black

We are so in love with this TV stand. We were luck enough to get a new TV this Christmas. We had our old TV, a 10 year old 42 inch Westinghouse, on a mount on the wall. The new TV we got was a Vizio 65 inch, and this did not fit in the corner where the mount is. We rearranged our whole living room to fit this new TV. Adding this TV was the best part. It was shipped on time and nothing was damaged. It was easy to put together, came with all its parts and a nice instruction booklet. I put it together by myself and in a little over 1 hour. We then had to wait a few days for the TV. At that point we put the mount on to the stand and attached to TV. It is sturdy and I have no fear that it will topple over. Its great quality for its price and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get the look of mounting but just cant mount their TV.

I bought the 70" stand. It is exactly as photographed once assembled. Assembly was a bit time consuming due to many steps and pieces, but things were labeled quite well which made it much easier. It's quite sturdy, I feel confident putting my 68" flatscreen on it. There are ways to customize the height, and the way the mount apparatus works, it should fit with many TV mount styles. The mount kit included screws of 2 different widths, and there were 2 different length options so 4 screw sets all together. The mount works by attaching the vertical bars to the back of your TV, then you use the "hook-part" of those vertical bars to hang the TV on the horizontal rectangle bar. I was able to assemble and mount my TV by myself. I'm a petite lady, so I would say this is a project many could complete on their own so long as they follow the instructions. The stand does not need to be mounted to a wall. It is recommended for stability. The piece is stable on its own, but with small children it may be a good idea to fix the piece to the wall. I also secured the TV to the mount rectangle using the extra screws for other TV sizes and some washers I had at home just to be on the cautious side. The TV did not seem to slide easily, but I wanted the TV to be locked on the mount rather than in a position that could be slid off if someone were to fall or put weight on the TV. There are 3 sizes of stands, so the reviews were very confusing. There is no glass on this stand. There are two drawers on the bottom. It comfortably fits my 68" screen TV and would likely fit a 70" TV. The stand says it's max weight is 100lbs. It was so sturdy, so It seems this may be a conservative estimate, but with a larger TV that was likely expensive, I wouldn't recommend pushing that limit. It is still particle board and self-assembled.

Stability is perfect and great sturdiness. Tv stand was perfect height as well. Easy to put together. Stability we have had no issues. So much space to fit everything with no issue.

So far it's a okay stand, the screws are a pain in the butt to put in, spent roughly about 30 minutes trying to get one screw in because the wood was miscut. After finishing assembly it looks perfect, but I'm deducting 1 star for it not being easy to assemble and the manual of the product isn't fully descriptive, just a bunch of numbered bags and numbers everywhere. Overall if works perfect for a 89 pound TV. One thing that scares me about this is the mounting rack, it feels stable but only two screws on each side holding on to the wood for a 89 pound TV when this says it can support up to a 109 pound TV, I wouldn't recommend this past 95 pounds the tv starts to dip

Since I'd just shelled out a bunch of money for a new TV, speakers, and new graphics adapter for my PC I wanted to go cheap on the stand. I was definitely worried about the qualify of this product, but so far it's worked well. Setting it up was almost a breeze even without anyone to help me. For one or two of the first few pieces it wasn't entirely clear which way the boards should face, but after that the instructions were perfectly clear and assembly easy. Having two people to put it together would definitely have been easier at times. All the boards felt sturdy enough and when assembled the stand as a whole felt sturdy. Mounting the TV was easy and so far I don't see any risk of tipping. None of the exterior coating on the wood is peeling, and the solid black looks reasonably good for being a low-end product. I like the overall design. The two shelves provide plenty of space for my speakers, XBox, etc. All the wiring is very tidy. For the price it's a great product.

Everything was just as described and when all set up, performed AMAZINGLY! Sturdy & Durable with no wobbling at all. This is a great affordable tv stand. Build time with one person is a half hour. This stand is strong and sturdy. The TV mount is a great design. Great solution if you rent your space and don’t want to mount your tv on the wall.

okay so i got this and ill be honest i had a hard time putting it together and i got so upset trying to put it together the panel that hold up the tv part was thin enough when i screwed it in it actually broke and i was so upset i didnt want to reach out to the seller i just threw the whole thing away....so it looks nice but i didnt understand the instructions enough so for me i did not have a good experience at all....

I bought this stand for my new 65” TV and not only is it a very sturdy stand and supports the tv perfectly, it was also very easy to assemble.

Feels very solid. Wish there was another platform closer to the TV. That's just nit picking. Great Stand for the price. Can't go wrong. Easy to out together.
