Versatile and works well
I use this in home brewing to balance the pH and flavor. I have never tried using individual acids versus an acid blend, so I don't know what's better. But since this has a little bit of each, it seems to me like it would be more versatile. I've had the same bottle for years, and it does exactly what I need it to without issues.

Makes good booze.
I use this to make wine, apple and pear cider. Always get healthy yeast reactions with this stuff.

Quality brand!
Bought a whole range of North Mountain Supply for my first crack at wild grape wine. Aparently concord grapes have a naturally low PH and so an acid blend is needed. Love that the product to gallon suggestion is right on the label, super easy to use. Can't wait to taste my wine in a few months.
