I bought the one that the description said 100 but I only received 20

would it be the same to get just peppermint pills? whats the difference?

No. This is a very special formula with a special peppermint oil blended with arachis oil (peanut oil) and gelatin in .2 ml capsules in sustained release formula. To try and match their special blend would not be a good idea. If taken 3 times a day 1/2 hour before eating, you will notice a definite improvement. I tried taking the capsules along with my other pills at the same time. It really works better if you don't mix them all up with other pills. Stagger the other pills. It works better that way. I have also tried Heathers Peppermint oil gel pills, but I believe this formula is better because of the sustained relief. I highly recommend you give this medicine a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
