MegaGear MG597 Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX99, DSC-HX95, DSC-HX90V, DSC-HX80 Ever Ready Leather Camera Case with Strap – Dark Brown

The camera lens cover is attached to the body using a weak connector that fails to hold the cover in place when it is open and simply detaches. It's a shame because overall the case is of good quality.

Excellent replacement for my Sony DSC-HX90V camera case. Looks great as a real leather case, fit perfectly my camera, very functionality with easy close buttons and protection for the camera. Great cost/benefit and easy to transport.

The case is fine however not quite a perfect fit for my Sony DSC HX99... although I am told I can bend the side with the handgrip somewhat (the side where the fit is less than perfect). Be careful about the color you order - the packaging barcode was cutoff on my shipment, which may account for my receiving a wrong color... so I am saying I don't think it was the fault of Amazon's people or whoever pulled the order. I've written them about this. Seems sturdy enough. Good construction throughout.

This case is well constructed. Leather is nice with brass snaps and 1/4" screw. It has a classic look and feel offering a little more heft for stabilization when shooting. It fits this Sony HX99 like a glove.

Omg!!!! Like what is not to love?!!! Just buy it already!!!!! Just look at it! It fit my Sony perfectly. It also screws into the bottom of the camera so use can still protect & use your camera at the same time. It also comes with a strap but I needed a case that I could just through my camera in my purse…this is heavy duty yet light weight & the vintage feel makes it even more eye catching! I will be purchasing the black one too!!!

Cheap with cheap snaps. Not worth your time or money. I don't trust my camera with this thing.

I think it’s great! It does fit my Sony Dsc-hx80. The bottom screws in so it will not fall off. Which does make it more difficult to access sd card but I don’t need to that often. If you need a quick pic you will have to unbotton the top, no big deal. I also feel like while I wear it, it hangs fine, does not hang funny or hang forward at all. I know someone put that in review. Maybe make sure you put on strap correctly? It does come with matching strap which is great! Either way I like so far.

Stunning, just a beautiful retro style case for my camera. The only drawback is the front cover has to come off when using it, you can't really work around that. A small strap to link the two parts would do it.
