Aero Knife

I love this knife it is very sharp you can use it on me sushi sandwiches it is very good. It's easy to hand wash and you can put it in the dishwasher which is a plus.

This is the best purshase. I donot like other type of knife because I have to used the strength of my hand and it hurts. But with this Aero knife my hands freel rest I do not have to use the strength of my handsI love itThank you for creating this wonderful product Good quality

I don't know what model the chef is using in the infomercial, but it's not the one that's commercially available. The knife is rather small, and the "reduced surface area" also reduces the strength and thickness of the blade. Cutting a tomato or cucumber works fine. Cutting a thick onion or pineapple is nearly impossible. Nice small kitchen knife to have around for chopping, but not the miracle knife that is advertised.

I can see why they used an Asian man to demo this knife. His hands are smaller, making the knife look larger. I did not expect to get a serrated edge knife. This does not allow any chopping. The blade is also very thin so I can't put much pressure sideways on the knife, as with a hard cheese.

I love this knife! It works as well "as seen on T.V." ;) It feels a bit "flimsy" at first but that is only because it does not have the solid blade other knives have and so it just took some getting used to. But once I got the balance of it in my hand I can chop and dice quicker then ever since I do not have to stop to remove the veggies from the blade of my knife.

I have been using the ceramic knives for a while and got tired of them nicking up no matter how much I baby them.I've had this one for a while now and still like it. I haven't cut anything out of the ordinary with it like in the commercials but it still cuts well.It's still sharp, I still cuts my fingers very easily (i'm a klutz) I find myself using this knife first usually.It's not a large knife but good for ordinary slicing and chopping.

Okay so I know I gave this high marks and some people might be mad because they use it on soft veg and it’s awful. But we use this as a cheese knife and it is amazing! To the point where everyone who visits and uses it wants one for cheese too.

there is nothing I would or could say that I think is wrong with this knife it is a miracle Godsend for me!! I can use it for anything and it doesn't stick, I gifted it to all the women in the family who know how to use a knife of this caliber and they all love them!
