I'm forced to replace another (very similar) Schlage lock that was installed 7 years back, only because it was made with cast white metal on the interior parts. Because of this the screw mount just snapped off suddenly. I'm not a fan of stamped parts, but this never would have happened with them. It turns out that this one is a stamped internal parts set, so hopefully I won't have to deal with this again. The fact that this was so inexpensive, and is of decent quality makes it a great value. The finish is excellent, and it actually feels nice in your hand as you use it. Since the deadbolt was only an additional $5.00 (roughly) over just the handle lockset I'd say this is a great deal. Recommended.

I purchased the Keyed Alike Front Door Exterior Door Lever Lockset with Single Cylinder Deadbolt Combination Set, Door Knob with Lock and Deadbolt, Satin Nickel Finished, Outstanding product. My only problem the door handle only came with one screw not the 2 screws used to attach it together I'm missing one of the 2 screws ? I need know size threads to pick up 2nd screw. The one screw used if I remove it the door handle will come apart plus no way lock. Anyone know phone # to company

The knobs and locks were easy to install, standard size and they look very nice and so far seem very sturdy. They've only been installed for about 3 weeks, but I haven't noticed any issues with them breaking or having issues like some of the reviews have stated. I'll update if there are any issues in the future. They included a ton of keys so you'll definitely have enough keys for the whole (extended) family

I really thought these were going to be good locksets. Boy was I wrong! I ordered these to be used on our new house and they finally got installed about 6 weeks ago. Out of the 6 units, 5 are already not working correctly. They stick, they won't open, they have a tendency of the handles just falling off regardless how tight the set screw is. Absolutely the worst locksets I've ever used. If it were only one set, I wouldn't be so harsh. People that follow my Vine reviews know that I do NOT give 1 star reviews very often and when I do it is only because of situations like this (where items that should last at least a year, don't.). After taking off the bad units and looking at the internal workings, it was obvious why these failed so quickly. The mechanism is very poorly designed, uses low quality materials and was not really sized correctly for these handles. Bottom line, stay away from these locksets unless you don't mind changing them out every month. Hope this helps.

Works as described

I bought this for a door that is rarely used. It comes with enough parts for fit any door size. The quality is what you would expect in this price range, not nearly as well made as name brands but it will do for a door that is not used much.
