Caref GPS Phone Watch (Pink)

Yes the connection could be better, but we've become pretty dependant on this watch when our daughter is out. It let's us know where she is when we need her and is accurate. She loves the ability to call us just because so it's a win win for the parents and child. I was hoping to see an upgraded version because we have had issues with the strap before. Additionally I would love to see it waterproof since we have a pool not to mention when she's simply around water. But overally this was a good buy for our needs.

Could not activate!

The services is not reliable at all.Watch hardly gets GPS signal.Couldn't track my daughter's location.

Received broken

JUNK! After we charged it per the directions this unit would not show anything on the display. I contacted customer service, but after their first email asking about the problem, they have yet to send another with any kind of a resolution. It will make some sounds when trying to power up, but that's it. I bought this, after much research, because it seemed to be one of the few that was designed to work solely in the U.S, but neither me or my daughter could be more disappointed.

I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately it is plagued with issues. I purchase two watches for my children. The first worked perfect: easy set up, good call quality, and texting was quick. The second watch would not stop resetting and the call quality was full of static. Costumer service stated that I should exchange it at Walmart where I purchased it. So I did that and had the exact same problems. Called costumer service again and was told to exchange again but to try a different color. The rep said that maybe a "bad batch" got through. So I chose another color. This one did not reset but the screen was so dim you could barley read it in the dark. So I called again.... I was told it was a known issue that some watches with dim screens were released. I was told to exchange the watch again.....I decided to cancel my service the company. When only one out four watches works out of the box, I question how long the product will last.

We have bought 4 of these watches, all of which have fallen apart. The buckles have all come off, the chargers have stopped working and the service is not consistent. When "customer service" was contacted (multiple emails back and forth), they said the owner of the company refused to refund the faulty products. According to the company, when the buckle falls off within hours of the first wear, it is considered broken and cannot be returned. The experience with both sets of watches (2 sets of 2 watches) has been completely unsatisfactory and frustrating. So now we are out $400 with no working watches to show for it. Completely unacceptable.

We have one and love it. Can't even begin to explain the peace of mind checking at sleepovers to make sure she is still there. Knowing she has a way to alert me in a uncomfortable situation. To call or message her if plans change. When she is with elderly grandparent to track that they are ok and communication for her to get ahold of us if she needs to. GPS if car goes off the road in the snow. That first experience when they stay home alone and you can set up geofence and be alerted if they leave the home area. There are a ton of other reasons. It's cheaper than a cell phone plan and you get gps tracking. Love it.
