Although I ultimately couldn't use this filter because of a space constraint, Yarna support, specifically Girlie, was more than accommodating to me. First, because they had done a slight configuration change since I purchased my unit, they sent me the updated unit hoping it might work in my unique situation. Unfortunately, my space issue was still a problem, so Girlie sent a label to return the new unit, told me to keep the old unit, and issued me a total refund... even beyond the normal Amazon refund period. Who does that? Apparently Yarna does (thanks Girlie!) As for the unit itself, I wish I had the space available to install because the quality of the construction and the cleaning features are top notch. Now I have to figure out what I can do otherwise, if anything, to filter the sediment before it reaches my pressure tank.

This is the way customer service should be! I wish every company handled concerns this well.Only 3 stars because the product is not usable to me for my purpose. However the product looks well made, and other then not allowing me to install with out adaptor fittings that there is no space for. The only other concern I had was the small 1/2 neck down inside of the filter. Maybe not the best whole house filter but for lower flow locations it should be great.When I receive the updated part that they coordinated with from there supplier I will update this review again.Both the 1" and the 3/4" threads are a straight cut with no taper. Barely get half a turn and the threads get tight and are ready to lock up with a mating FNPT of 3/4" or 1" brass fittings. Might work ok with the small plastic pipe adaptors and will work with the correct BSP threads that are now listed as the spec.

The product is very sturdy on the outside however the plastic screen housing on the inside, especially where it connects with the rotating scaled/numbered bottom part of the device is a bit "cheezy" and broke on the 1st attempt to adjust the output/flow. I'm actually guessing that is what the dial adjusts as there were no directions explaining what the rotating/#ed bottom part regulates. But the seller was very quick to offer a replacement and it still functions as intended insofar as screening the sand/sediment my well sadly puts out.

I bought this product and installed it with the hopes of helping my water in the house. It worked fairly well although truth be told I wouldn't waste my time or money on this product. Finding a replacement filter has proven to be quite the task. They don't even have one for sale on there web page... Another internet purchase in the crapper!

filter to me was miss rept. in add. photo ordered was 3/4 to 1/2 mine came in 1inch x 3/4 again miss repted. would like to return filter

The company revised their USA product by changing the treads to SAE.British Standard thread is not used in the United States.This item can now be marketed in the United States.I suspected that it's small size would limit the amount of flow.I now have one on a hose in the barn which seems to flow acceptably.I'm satisfied with the product and generally impressed with the engineering.

Intentamos con todos los fittings que tenía el Filtro y cada ves que abríamos el agua, el Filtro tenía fuga de agua.La presentación del Filtro de Agua se mira elegante, presentable, pero eso no es lo más importante cuando es para plomería. Lo más importante, para recalcar, es que sea preciso el producto 100% junto con sus fittings de plomería, y el Filtro de agua no lo es ni sus fittings. Gastamos tiempo, frustración, mal rato y dinero.Mis 30 día de regresar el producto se expiró por Amazon.De lo que no me puedo quejar es el buen servicio al cliente por medio de la compañía Gurú, ellos mismos se comunicaron con migo y me solucionaron mi problema, rápido, eficiente, y sin ningún problema me regresaron mi dinero.

Easy to install. I was having problems with the first one I bought, but they contacted me and made everything right. Great customer service.
