Outstanding Product That Really Lasts
I have purchased three of these bags now and can't recommend it enough. I purchased my original bag after spending days comparing similar items. I'm a woman who very rarely carried a purse but found myself in need of something small but still roomy enough for the essentials (phone, binoculars, drink, sunglasses, reading glasses etc) that I could sling over my back while riding my bike. It also had to be a durable material that would stand up to rain, sun and sand. This bag turned out to be perfect for that use but I liked it so much I ended up using it as my daily goes-everywhere bag. In other words, as a purse. ;)This bag has just the right amount of various sized pockets and compartments to keep your essentials organized without being overwhelming to where you can't find anything. What makes it really special is that there are all kinds of ways to attach things to the outside of the bag, too, from my sunglasses case to an umbrella to car keys. With the adjustable strap you can carry it over your back or across your chest, but it also has a regular carrying handle which makes it convenient to hang on a hook or over a door knob. A visiting family member liked my bag so much I ended up ordering one for him to take home and he found a way to wear it low, like a thigh bag.So I've been using my bag every day, putting much wear and tear on it, tossing it around, hanging it from stuff, leaving it out in the sun, getting it wet ... and it finally started failing. The inner pocket linings started ripping out but I kept using it. Then the zipper on the small front pocket got stuck. I ignored it. But then one of the main zippers failed - the zipper teeth were all out of whack. OK, so time to order a replacement. So I went in to my order history and was absolutely flabbergasted to find I'd been using that original bag for almost FOUR YEARS! It took that long to develop issues that necessitated replacing it with a new bag. And it still looks good. Besides the inner pockets finally ripping and the zippers, which you can't tell just by looking at it, there is nothing else wrong with this bag, nothing torn on it, no holes, nothing coming undone. It's just amazing that a $14.99 bag stood up to time like this.I ordered the new bag about three weeks ago (only a dollar price increase after almost four years) and it's slightly different from the original bag. The color is more green whereas the original bag was more a yellow-green, and the material is a lot stiffer which I'm not a fan of but I'll get used to it. Also it has a different style carabiner clip on the main strap. I've included pics showing the old bag vs the new one, so you can see how well the original bag from four years ago held up to constant wear & tear. This is a fantastic, highly versatile bag that stands the test of time and it's rare to find something that lasts these days, never mind something at such an economical price. Very impressive. Highly recommend this.

Sturdy and well made. Holds a lot of gear.
Great shoulder bag. Appears to be made quite sturdy, and it holds a lot of gear that would otherwise be lost in my main pack when camping. I use it to keep the gear that I use the most when in the field, so I don't have to keep rummaging through my pack.

Good quality - but this is a smaller sling backpack
This is a good sling backpack in which to stash a few odds and ends (such as a smartphone or bottled water) while you're out for a brief jaunt from the hotel while on vacation. The main compartment is big enough to store a couple of 22 ounce beverages or a mirrorless camera (but not both at the same time), and the smaller compartments are ideal for smartphones, MP3 players, sunglasses, a small map, and so forth. You could also keep a couple of small tote bags in the main compartment, in case you live in a blue state that encourages the reuse of bags when out shopping.I got the black bag simply because black is a far more versatile color than Army green or a camo pattern. The styling and tough material of this bag leans toward masculine styling. The zippers are especially good, because they are fumble-proof. This is bag that will seem comfortable and familiar after only one or two uses. This is not a big enough bag to serve as an all-purpose camera bag with room for zoom lenses and filters. Nor is this going to replace a dedicated hiking backpack. This is a sling, and it's less roomy inside than another sling I own (which is mostly nylon and not as rugged as this one). I think the photos do make the bag's capacity clear, although the description implies that the bag is roomier than it really is. If capacity is that important to you, you'd be better served looking for alternatives in a higher price range.

Durable,easy go travel
I'm an off grid fer and I don't use purses anymore. I've been using the little back pack for years now and they're perfect for on the go. This one is the best price for they can be expensive 🫰 I don't know why. The bag is highly durable with Many compartments of many sizes. Big enough for a tablet and small enough for my little glass cleaning cloth. Everything stays secure, clean and easy to access. I can grab it by the handle on the top and throw it over my shoulder with the strap. The zippers are strong and smoothly zipped with easy to grab cords for fast open and close. The bag is very comfortable to travel with and the all around functionality is just great 👍

Very nice. Bought 2nd. Be sure to use photos with people at product page bottom for judging size.
These packs are every bit as neat as they seem. Just be cautious, the closer detail photos of only the product can be a little misleading. In the detailed photos they appear practically full backpack size which, for me, tended to mislead my brain into "feeling" like they would hold a lot more. Not the supplier's fault. Those photos are for seeing the details. Just check yourself when viewing the pictures and be sure to focus on the pictures at the bottom of the product page with people wearing/holding the packs when it comes to understanding the size.My wife and I are going on photo safari in Africa and I bought one of these to see how well they'd work as day packs. Handling it we decided to go ahead and get a second for my wife. We're using the khaki color since we're going to be out in nature and it's better for blending-in. (There are game parks in Africa which don't allow camouflage clothing. I assume because it's what poachers would prefer to wear.) The khaki is very stylish and non-flashy. The black looks like it would be good for somebody fighting their way through an urban jungle.

low budget, high value
Just received this bag today. I have a bit of an obsession with packs/EDC organizers, and have a wide assortment from very high end to low budget options. This comes in the low budget (but high value!) category. Initial thoughts were "wow I'm glad I looked at the measurements, it is small!" With that being said it's a nice little size to get plenty of the essentials. I plan on using it more as a day bag, and attaching my Maxpedition Beefy organizer to the molle webbing on this pack for extra versatility. As to the construction of this bag: this thing seems solid! I'll load it down and update at a later time if my opinion here changes, but the stitching is solid, zippers appear durable and all function flawlessly. The waterproofing material on the inside is nice, and there are multiple drain holes as well just in case you get soaked. You won't get much organization with this bag and it's three basic pouches that are essentially dump pouches but I don't think this was ever intended to be an organizer. It appeals to me for its size and molle capability where I CAN attach a organizer that has all of my essential items neatly stored away where I know they always are, and the added space of three larger pockets.Overall, this seems like a good little bag for the money and I'm excited to use it!
