Wonderful book explaining how our body functions, how beautiful is it in it's most natural state. Extremely insightful because it stresses more on the "whys" than simple exaggeration on the importance. Sections of this books actually explain how each food affects which function, why is sleep important, why is sugar bad and why is fasting good, what works well for one might not work for the other and hence it's only wise to not follow the trends blindly.It's simple lifestyle changes that can help you achieve a better and happy body

A healthy and a motivational book.
At 35 when i want to make a few changes in my lifestyle while my friends have just started visiting their Gps more often for problems related to BP, Sugar, Thyroid, Hypertension, Anxiety and so on i dread all of this and my goal is to always give my kids the healthiest version of me so that i can spend more quality time playing with them then dealing with my health problems, and Mr.Lukes book give you the right essence to the changes we can make in our lifestyle but also emphasise on prayers, family bonding and right mental state to live this life fruitfully.I also somehow find his book like a warm hug from my granny the book just makes you motivated enough to live for good health and still enjoy life.I have read allmost all his books, i learn something new in every book but the feeling of " yes i can do it" is common while i read his books.Thank you for writing books with so much sincerity, love and enlightenment.

Helpful n motivational
I have read quite a few books on diet and I ll mention things that stand out here.1. Simple language2. Not veg recipe or soup recipe ( thank god)3. He just mentions general guidelines not how much n how many exercises to do.4. The chapters in liver, lung, gut detox recipes are interesting but impractical for people like me.5. Atleast I got motivated to buy extra virgin coconut oil(lol)6. No summary at the end.. So you forget the first 10 points by the time u get to the 50th. So have to take a paper n pen n sit7.who wants to read testimonies?? Personal ad??8.overall a good read.. Some facts were new rest we all know but need a nudge

Simple and clean work
1st is appreciation for both writers for coming up with simple words, thoughts and ideas of what, why and how food, lifestyle matters in regards to your health and weight. Recommended for anyone who thinks loosing or gaining weight is only about physical lifestyle, this books speaks about whole life rather just about weights at certain body parts. No heavy diet or lifestyle are recommended in this book, it's 1st about understanding what your body wants and then how to systematically feed your body.

Good read
If you have read many diet books. Can avoid it nothing new. But if this is your first book or so far have not made any changes in diet, lifestyle etc. It's a must buy. It's a must buy for healthy people also to know if you have any unhealthy habits which may later cause issues.

Loved the book
The media could not be loaded. Totally loved every bit of it. Gonna try the liver, lung and kidney detox first and then gonna try little more things. Thankyou Luke for publishing this book. Your books are an inspiration

Life style changing book
This is my second health related life style book. What my understanding about all self help books is they all illustrate what we have known already in such a way that we can follow practically. This book not only reiterates the life style changes, but also gave insights on what happens scientifically when we follow any life style. My first life style book was by Rujutha Diwekar. I know its not good to compare two books, but I want to mention one major difference I have identified. Both nutritionists explains the importance of eating regular intervals and fasting on some days. But, Rujuta stresses more on eating regular intervals, where Luke Coutinho stresses on fasting. He also explains various fasting, precautions to be taken and also how to break fasting. I wondered to know MSG ingredient has various names and those names are mentioned on labels. In last pages, dont miss customer testimonials as well as they give some more information. One may wonder, why I have rated three star as everything is good. What I feel is, for few issues, diet is not mentioned clearly while for few reasons are not mentioned clearly. Like what to avoid when having specific health issues like thyroid and diabetes, why we should not eat fruits in the evening.I like the way he explains importance of sleeping , having emotional control and so on.P.S It may not be must read book, but book is quite good to get some'insights on the reasons to follow life style changes.

Amazing!
A fantastic way to learn about you body and soul, getting to know that you are able to cure yourself and enhance your lifestyle. Best thing was understanding health problems like osteoporosis and high cholesterol, how to avoid and treat them by simply helping your body and mind to consume the right nutrients and do the appropriate exercises.
