Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive

This Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive worked extremely well for several home repair projects. The adhesive is thick, strong, and fills gaps nicely, making it perfect for uneven surfaces and tougher jobs. I used it on wood and trim work, and it created a very secure bond that dried solid and durable. I also like that it works for indoor and outdoor use and holds up well once cured. The cartridge dispenses smoothly with a standard caulk gun, and the white color blends in nicely for cleaner-looking results. It grabs quickly, which helps keep materials in place without constant repositioning. This stuff is awesome! Very easy to apply . Dries fast but not too fast so if you need to make an adjustment you can. I used it to put extra adhesive to the peel and stick tiles in my entryway. My entryway was red brick tiles that just didn't match the gray and white paint. Instead of the head ache and cost of removing them I wanted an easier solution , so far it worked perfectly. You don't need to use a lot . I probably did an over kill. I had to use it to glue the transition strip down because we have a slab foundation. So far it has held up pretty good. It is thick and applies like caulking . I ordered one and liked it so I ordered another to have on hand. Great price and great value for your money.

Gorilla heavy duty adhesive worked really good on my wooden bear

This construction adhesive is advertised to bond in 30 seconds on any clean and dry surface. Unfortunately, I didn't find this to be the case. Even the glob surface remained wet for hours after being exposed to air at the right temperature and humidity; I didn't expect it to cure all the way through in that timeframe but at least the surface could form a skin... It is supposed to set up within 24 hours as well, but that also was not the case during my use. I even tried heating it up a bit with both a normal hair dryer and a heat gun...neither helped the curing. It does eventually though dry and once dry it is well bonded. On the positive side of things, it comes out of the tube the consistency of a nice toothpaste and so is easy to control its application. It doesn't cling to everything or create strings when you accidentally brush up against it, so very little mess. It is even and smooth from the tube from start to finish, so nice and clear throughout. It also conforms nicely to any uneven surfaces. If your project can take the slow cure time, it will eventually cure, and does a nice job of holding strong, so definitely a good value for the money. It is just not as spectacular as it claims to be.

Good stuff works great

The guys at the builder's supply store told me that I had to use a concrete mix to resecure the top concrete block that had come loose and fallen off my wall. I figured that was beyond me and there must be something easier for me to use. I was looking on line for something I could use and Gorilla came up. It sounded like it would work but I wasn't sure. Their web site had a phone number to call so I called. The customer service man knew exactly what I wanted to do and he said that the Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction adhesive would do the job,. He told me how to use it and even told me that if some of it gets on me or anything else that I could get it off using isoproyl alcohol. He was right on. I was able to get the wall fixed in a very short time and it's as solid as ever. The alcohol allowed me to clean up my caulk gun and the little bit of adhesive that got where I didn't want it. My only problem, and that's me only and that is that squeezing the handle on the gun was hard-I had to use both hands to get the adhesive out of the tube. But then again, Gorilla is not to be blamed for my hand strength. I would hardily recommend this product and am very grateful to the man at Gorilla customer service who gave me confidence that I would be able to do the job myself. Only drawback was that the price the man told me I could probably buy it for was lower than what I could find on line --but then again we are having pretty high inflation and that wasn't his fault that sellers have raised the price.

It glues styrofoam well but I needed more. I went to hardware store and found styrofoam glue a lot cheaper.

Es unos de los mejores pegamentos que he usado en mi taller, pegamentos casi casi de todo y muy firme pero siempre da tiempo de un ajuste. El olor no es intenso y los residuos son pocos, sobre todo en esta presentación que permite usar casi hasta la última gota. Lo mejor es comprarlo en oferta, ahi vale el doble la pena.

Best for paintings or even shelf’s if you do not want to drill . I was buying this before from other countries I am glad now is available in UAE

Item arrived and was split below the nozzle meaning the adhesive would squirt out all over the place. Wasted money
