Beautiful and sturdy, ready to paint!
I got this to paint & decorate myself, which I haven't done yet. But, this is far more beautiful than the pic shows. A couple parts may be a little delicate, but it is a sturdy piece w/ great potential for creativity for young and young at heart!

Fun to decorate
Had a great time making this into a Christmas village house for under the tree with large train set. Will set out again next year

Broken parts
It was broken when I received it.

Its is pre assembled
I bought this thinking I would need to build it. It was already put together. Very crooked and glue all over every joint. Needed to paint joints several times to cover glue. It looks like a child put this together in middle school wood shop class

Aside spending / fun and functional
Loved painting this house - I went Miami pastel tacky. House burned so I may get another. Fun thing.
