Yes, they're lactose free. (They also recently increased the price by $2 per box.)

Why cant I see the ingredients?

They listed them on the bottom of the container. They are gluten free flour(white rice, corn starch, tapioca), water, sugar, eggs, canola oil, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, cinnamon. Hope this helps
