Be careful removing it from the box
I love the mug! Be careful removing it from the box, though. I thought it was wired into the box as they do when shipping from China. I tipped the box over to remove the mug. It fell out and shattered into a thousand pieces. Boy, did I feel silly.(My kids were quick to point out it was shipped from the Netherlands.)
