Amerimax 66004 Aluminum Roll Flashing, 4" x 50'

i needed to try to cover a gap that i had between my roofline and a patio roof, as it would leak during heavy rains. I tucked this under my shingles adding about a 2" overhang. I put some construction adhesive about every 3 feet or so to hold it in place. This product worked perfectly for what i needed and was easy to work with and handle. Keep in mind this is pretty thin and can be cut with normal heavy duty scissors. If you need more stiffness then you will need a heavier guage flashing.

Great material, easy to work with, and easy to install. Perfect fix for my short shingles. Water is now routed properly into gutters. Sweet.....

Good flashing. I was using it for a ground for an electric fence atop a wooden fence (I placed it on top of the top rail with a wire connecting it to the ground. Critters will be stepping on it when they touch the electric wire. It will not work if they are not touching the ground otherwise.) Only problem was that one side is coated with a clear coat, which would not conduct. But I was able test it before I did too much and flip it over, and it worked great.

I do not know how the "Adhesion" fits in with this product as there is no adhesive, it is simply a roll of aluminum.As for the thickness and value, it is much thicker than what can be found in a roll of kitchen grade aluminum foil (yes, even thicker than the roll of heavy duty foil). It is thick enough to bend into shape & retain the shape yet thin enough that it will not take up much space. Both sides of the aluminum are the same, one side does not look any different than the other (that I could tell).The "value for money" is really great, you get quite a good length of this aluminum for the price!

I got this to help protect decking joists from the rain and snow that gets between the boards. It's thin but should do the job of keeping the water off the top of the boards. Get it before the tariffs start!

We used it for multiple projects now. It's thin, easy to work with, lightweight. Good price. Good for installing gutter skirts.

Works well diverting water into my gutters. Put a squeeze of roofing tar every other foot to hold it in place
