Does it come with the bow?

I got a headband with a little red bow, but not the gloves

I am a size 22 and I hear that this costume runs big. So should I get a 1x/2x or the 3x/4x?

I would recommend getting the size you normally wear as it does not have stretch and uses a zipper. Check return policy if it doesn't fit. There is no lining for skirt. Overall I'm happy with purchase.

Hi there thank you for your question. Costume is made in Cambodia.

I am a small. can you wear a hoop skirt with this or should i get a medium? i saw the reviews saying stay with your size but i want to wear the hoop?

It has been almost a year ago that I wore this but as I remember, they ran a little small so I ordered up a size. You might want to too with wearing a hoop under..
