Q: Is it safe to spread around dogs?

The website states the following: People & Pets People and pets can use the lawn immediately after application.

Q: Is this "pulverized" style?

The lime is in small pellets that can be spread with a normal lawn spreader. Very easy to apply.

Q: please let know if it can be applied during spring or early summer?

Lime will never burn your grass, it can we applied any time of the year

Q: Does it help to keep snakes away?

I have been putting it this lime down for the past 2 years. I have always been told snakes do not like it. Knock on wood No snakes! But the main reason I put lime down is because, it keeps the mosquitoes away. They do not like it. And of course our yard is pretty and green.
