Easy to hang and looks nice in our kitchen

Love that it is made well, the color, and it’s not too heavy which makes hanging easy.

Not small, not large. Perfect size to hang on the wall in the entryway. Don't know what kind of wood is going on here, since it's painted. Doesn't much matter to me. As for the durability, it hangs on a wall; I'm not sure what else you'd want it to do. It's not heavy, so I have it hanging on a single nail in drywall. Straight lines, black. Nothing here to look pretty or catch the eye. This is, after all, a cross. So while this one isn't big enough to crucify someone, it helps remind you what it means more than the flowery, beautified stuff you might find at the bookstore. For those saved through Jesus Christ's death, this seems like a better reminder of the love of God than some attempt to make an instrument that Rome used for torture and execution appear pretty or cute.

This is the second beautiful cross I've purchased and we love them! That said, the first one I purchased was very well packed and arrived unscathed. This one was sent in a flimsy, shopping-type bag that ripped and the entire bottom of the cross was exposed and sticking out of the tear. While there was no damaged to the cross whatsoever, the lack of attention paid to proper packaging and protection of the item purchased was concerning. The cross = gorgeous. Packaging = what were you thinking??
