The right tool for the job!
This was exactly what i needed. Used it for rabbeting out the back of cabinets so I can install the back part. Sharp and did an excellent . It will get alot of use in my shop. Pretty easy to adjust with the extra bearings as well.

Excellent Quality
Definitely a quality bit. The selection of bearings allows an average user to own one bit with many uses. I recently built a cabinet and having a selection of bearings allowed me to fine-tune a rabbet to let in the back panel.

Nice cut but not a full 1/2" cut length
I purchased this bit to route a 1/2" wide groove on the edge of a curved board. As I was centering the bit, I measured the cut length and found it to be 0.490" wide instead of 0.500" wide. Not a huge issue for my need, but I would have expected Freud to hold tighter tolerances on their products. If I had needed a true 1/2" wide slot at a precise location, it would have required a couple more set-ups and a lot more trial cuts. I was happy with the quality of the cuts on serpentine drawer dividers where there was no chip out even with grain direction changes.

Quality tool
I like the tool, cutting blade remained sharp. I only used the 1/2" setting to make a picture frame, produced some nice shaving which I added to my bird houses.

Good quality bit
This was exactly what I needed to route a rabbet in a custom top cap for a board and batten wall that I was working on. It fits my trim router and gives me a lot of versatility in width. I do wish it came with more clear instructions and with a better way to store the pieces after opening, but it has worked amazing for me so far! So I really can complain too much.

7 Bits in one.
Excellent quality bit. Not just for rabbets. I used it to cut a 1/2" x 1/4" deep dado 1/4" in from the work piece edge in oak. Plowed out the dado neat, quick and easy in one pass. Couldn't ask for anything better.
