Pot Noodle Chicken and Mushroom 90 g (Pack of 12)

So i transplanted from the uk to america and every now and them i get a hankering for something i just cant get here.... then i saw these and the beef and tomato ones and that was it... a case of each ordered and eagerly waited for them. I was not disappointed a taste of home or a reasonable price. i got the regular size which is perfect for me as a snack during the day for something light. The taste was everything i remembered, slightly tangy and very moreish!! They are so easy to make, just boil a kettle of water...( yes americans get used to using a kettle and not the microwave for hot water... sheesh), peel the lid back halfway, remove the sauce sachet and fill to the line with boiling water. Use a fork to get right to the bottom and stir around then add the sauce sachet and fold the lid back down to cover the noodles. Wait patiently about 5 mins then dig in and enjoy yummy noodles. I lOVE THEM!!! I will deffo buy these again!!

The greatest British instant noodle you can buy. Boil the kettle and add some water and then within 4 minutes you’ll be munching delicious noodles!

I live in the USA now I’m from England originally you cannot beat these for taste and value believe me … don’t do the others on shop shelves when these are here hope you take my advice !!!

My order arrived safe and sound, without any crushing, damage or spillage. I had tried these 10 years ago and found that they paled in comparison with what they originally tasted like decades ago. They pulled out the salt, and perhaps some fat content, and today, it's just not as great as it was and does not live up to my fond memories of a fantastic icon of British experience. That being said, the product quality itself is quite good. Fortunately, there is a way to help this. I've added some fine Pink Himilayan salt to restore some of the flavor. Also, adding the soy sauce packet (which I had always omitted) helps as well. Some of the "fattiness" of the noddles can be tricked with this food hack: First, empty the noodles into a microwave-safe bowl. Add boiling water and let it soak for a few minutes. Make sure there is sufficient water, as you'll then need to seal the bowl with microwave-safe saran wrap for approx. 2 mins (depending on your microwave's power). This will "steam" the noddles so that they are not opaque but a lovely translucent look and texture. The steaming may increase absorption of water into the noodles, so if you're looking for sauce, add some hot water back in and stirr. (Be careful not to burn yourself touching the glass bowl - and be cautious not to get scalded by steam when you left the saran wrap from the bowl.) The combination of flavor and texture may require a bit of calibration, but it's a necessary step or so to get it to approximate it's former glory.

UPDATE. January 2024!! Still buying them from this seller on a regular basis and that baby is now 3.5! An excellent experience every time. Zero complaints, can’t go wrong!!! THANK YOU!!! I am a British immigrant and haven't had a pot noodle in ten years. We are currently expecting our third baby and they were all I could think about. They are JUST how I remember them! They arrived yesterday after a little over two weeks (which is great considering the current state of affairs) and I just could not be more pleased. Thrilled with the price, they arrived undamaged and completely sealed. Of course they were checked as they came through customs but the box was resealed perfectly. Thanks again! I will be back!

It has the classic chicken and mushroom taste and it like it describes takes 4 minutes to make so great for a quick lunch when your busy you get 12 so is definitely worth wha you pay and 1 pot noodle is enough to fill you up for your lunch

As we all know, Pot Noodles are the primary nutrition source of big hard men like bricklayers and refuse workers, and big hard men often don’t know their own strength. This is probably the source of the ‘cardboard pots are rubbish’ reviews. Personally, as somebody who is not a big hard man but instead one of moderate strength, I’ve had no issues with the cardboard pots. They don’t really need any special handling - they just do the job. Pot Noodles are a delicious food of ample size for a quick work lunch. You could eat one every day, but you shouldn’t, because if you do you’ll end up being an enormous burden on the health system. Eat one occasionally, however, and they’ll make you happy. Preparation is easy (boiling water - not warm, not just shy of boiling, but boiling) and takes a few minutes. I like to go a touch below the fill line so it’s more stodgy and less soupy. If you want, though, you can put a little extra water in and then guzzle the salty soup at the end directly from the pot like some kind of barbarian. Pot Noodle is forever number one.
