Hold O2 tank secure also the handle comes completely out so if you need to defend yourself, You know you’re an easy target walking along singing with the birds taking in nature, And boom out from behind the bush couple of gangbangers gonna grab the old guys wallet, Bait them in you got me boys then pull that handle and beat them into next week, Works great for my Dr visits as well

I have COPD. This cart is the easiest way to use. Just trail it behind you. Way better than the shoulder strap. Strap is too heavy with bottle.
